Love the hotel’s location, less than 5min walk to Sloane st and Harrods. Very quiet and relaxing. The room however unfortunately is run down, the windows were dirty and black like it was mould (I don’t think it was mould). Pillows aren’t the jumeriah standard, I barely slept. I do like the hotel though and would stay again for the location and ambience.

I am sorry you found the room and pillows were not up to your standards, our housekeeping team always goes the extra mile to clean every corner of the room, however sometimes they are not able to remove marks due to friction especially on windows. Despite asking for a quiet room we were put at the back very near air conditioning units. We were moved but to the front which had alot of traffic noise which we were told about but had no choice. The fan in the bathroom was on all night so not very quiet! Clean tidy and comfy but wouldn't stay again due to noise

Gorgeous hotel in a beautiful location. Lovely staff who are very accommodating- printing pictures for our room as a surprise for my husband and sending strawberries and balloons was a lovely surprise for me too! Leave your cat at home because you can’t swing it in the room, but apart from that a gorgeous space for the night. Small but perfectly formed. Thanks again for a memorable anniversary stay.

Excellent stay
We had a fantastic stay for our wedding anniversary. The check in was a great experience, staff were very attentive. They helped organise flowers, balloons and chocolates on our arrival. We upgraded the room to an executive suite and we were impressed with the room. We had breakfast delivered to our room for £10 fee and it was very tasty. Check out was simple and we would definitely choose to stay again. Thank you to the team for a memorable stay.

Very underwhelming for what we paid for. Location is excellent but there is little to no lobby, no real hotel bar, breakfast was mediocre, and all the sexy amenities are in the much better sister hotel down the road. I felt completely deceived by the photos.

One of my worst experiences ever in a London Hotel. Outdated room, cleanliness seems to be not within the norms of this hotel, extremely careless front desk staff. Certainly would not repeat my stay there under any circumstances.

Very disappointed with this hotel I booked a Junior suite, The room was so tiny and outdated. The photo’s are very deceiving. It showed a balcony which I did not have!! Totally overpriced The hotel took the payment twice out of my account, then tells me I have to wait 4 days for my money to be returned. The 2 girls on reception do not have a clue what they are doing. Won’t be staying here again.

Housekeeping was fantastic and the room was comfortable. However, the staff at breakfast was disorganized, confused and slow. For the first three days of our six day stay we were not given a menu and thought our included breakfast comprised of the limited continental breakfast offerings only. Only upon our inquiry did we get the menu! That is truly unacceptable.

The staff were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was very quiet & in a great location, just a short walk from the tube station & Knightsbridge shops.
