Apartment was clean, very close to public transportation. However, we have no hot water. We complained the first day we were there. We were told they fixed it but it took a very long time. The next day we still didn’t have hot water. Complained again. Wasted all morning to get it fixed. We flew over 8 hours and couldn’t even take a hot shower. Finally, we were moved to another apartment but wasted half a day of our very limited time in London. Even in the new apartment there was not enough hot water to take four 5-10 min showers.

This property is located at the worst road intersections. Car, Truck and motorcycle noise ALL night long. property is not bad, but boy oh boy, made the worst mistake booking this. No sleep!!!

The apartment itself was very nice but we didn't have warm water for a couple of time when we were taking a shower and they didn't really fix the problem even though we called them

Read the small print!!!
Apartment was clean comfy well equipped and spacious. Downside….. read the small print!!! Deposit of £250 is required of immediate payment on checking in! A deposit that nearly 24hrs later I haven’t got back even though I checked out before 8am. Also it was really cold and the radiators didn’t work nor the aircon on heat mode! We were in bed by 10pm to get warmed up.

We will definitely stay again. The property does need some maintenance work and any work that has been done is not of good quality (for example the corking around the shower, furniture, chipped). However, the beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The Power House shopping nearby is wonderful.

Arrived and couldn’t get in stood in the rain till someone came and opened the gate, very noisy and just blinds on the windows so very light, very outdated hardly any hot water after one shower there were 3 of us, Towels supplied but useless cheap and small for a bath towel, big dog running around d the courtyard wouldn’t stay again

The worst experience of our life. They over booked the hotel and threw us out after the reservation was confirmed. The most unprofessional rude staff we have experienced any where around the world. Vicious dog on premises that they use to scare the guests away when they want them to leave as the staff watches and laughs. As we were waiting in the driveway for our taxi they unleashed the dog from his collar and laughed as it barked at us and chased us from the gate. Never never never never stay there ever. Serious safety risk for children and humans in general

You get what you pay for. The property was basic decoration. Large damp patches and a smell of drains. Noisy as hell as on a main junction, but not helped by staff leaf blowing and fighting a dog at 8am. Did a job, but won't be rebooking.

Careful on the "free onsite parking" thing
They have a car park on site but say that "due to ongoing work, this is unavailable". I saw no sign of any work but you only get this message after you have booked and the only option is non-refundable. It was a big part of why I picked this place. The apartments themselves are OK, but a bit tired now. My TV had no power cable attached nor was there one in any of the drawers either. The beds feel quite lumpy and uncomfortable. Not sure how old the mattresses are but they feel like a change is due. The priced I paid is reasonably reflective of the current position and it wasn't a terrible stay, but there is little to make me want to return.

Polite greeting & staff. The apartment was clean & well provided with cable tv & wifi. The location was excellent & only 5 min walk from the subway & 15 from the American Embassy. Supermarkets are close which is handy. All in all well recommended .

My daughter hit her head twice on those stupid metal beams. The shades are all broke and bright light comes in. No one to contact no directions left and no heat. We went got back from a day out the front door was wedged open. No where to put your stuff but the floor and when you stand you will hit your head. Horrible horrible and the pictures must be photoshopped.

The location is excellent, at Battlesea Power Station along many bus route and easy to take the tube to Victoria and Leicester square. It is also walking distance to the pier where we took Uber Boat to Greenwich. If you are attracted by the price, there are definitely shortcomings you have to accept about this property. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment. The cons are: Our room is right beside the street. Some people like it some people don't. The apartment is not new but can see the people running it tries to keep things serviceable. Generally I'm quite satisfied with my stay of 3 nights because it is a good location.

Incredible find - best of both worlds. Run like a hotel with concierge, guest service, and housekeeping - but space and amenities like a residential BnB. Walking distance to Tube and Rail, close to shops and mall, even the Thames.

Good location but noisy
one bed apartment, clean but a bit tatty when you look closely, silcone sealant, weak/loose floor boards. Hotel is on busy junction, it has double glazing but this does not stop the noise from outside. Bed was comfortable and communication and staff good. Greta location for Battersea park.

Stayed here with my teenage son and his 2 friends as it is a 2 minute walk from Battersea Power Station and in the opposite direction 2 minutes to Battersea Park. The penthouse is stunning. Much better than in the photos- it’s spacious, immaculate and has everything you need. The staff in reception were helpful and professional especially Faisal who was friendly and helpful from when I initially spoke to him on the phone (to ask if boys could bring a PlayStation) to when we left (suggesting I bring my car up to the gates to help with loading bags). Parking isn’t a problem as many neighbouring streets have pay and display which is free from 6pm onwards. Tesco Local store opposite which was very handy for snacks. Looking forward to staying here again soon
