Mold in the room, broken lift, basement dungeon, dangerous stairwells, ripped carpeting, broken room lock. Paper thin walls can hear the room next to me until 2am. Shower so small a medium sized person cant even move. No potable water? Is this even legal? No help with bags offered when there is a narrow steep stairwell.

Surprisingly good having read the reviews, our room was a bit shabby, but comfortable bed and warm room, we managed to check in early and the staff were accommodating. View over the London rooftops. Very quiet

Hotel was value for money, that's the best I can say. Mould on the walls, no air in the rooms and poor ventilation. Old and everything needs updating. Breakfast was very poor. Area is OK. You get what you pay for - it was a third of the price of other hotels so I wasn't expecting much and my expectations were met.

Building Rubbish left at side of property not in a skip Black bags outside ripped open, damage floor tiles in bathroom and my biggest grumble was they took £50 deposit for damages it was never returned and trying to get back through my bank
