Absolutely love this hotel. It is the first time I stay at an Andaz hotel and will now try it elsewhere. The design is fun and modern. There are numerous restaurants onsite and a 24hr gym. The location is perfectly situated right next to liverpool station and you have numerous cafes, a tesco, a boots across the street. Above all else though, the staff is the heart of the hotel.

With all my five star reviews you might think I am easy to please. Far from it. But this hotel is special...fun, stylish, great staff, super food.....we shall come again! Oh and I love what has been done to Spitalfields.

Amazing experience. The amenities are great: minibar, coffee and pastries are complimentary. Staff is excellent: special thanks to Ryan, the duty manager on New Years Eve. My only complaint is the housekeeping overlooked cleaning our coffee mugs. 4 nights and they were never changed. I’m pretty sure they didn’t vacuum the floors as well but the bed and bathroom were clean. I’d still definitely stay there again.

Andaz London is a true 5-star property and the amenities reflect this level. I was greeted warmly and professionally upon arrival in the morning and did not expect a room to be ready that early, especially since I had made my reservations only 12 hours earlier the previous night. Our concierge, Rohan, at the front desk took very good care of everything and, moreover, when I returned to the room much later that day, found a very nice bttle of wine as a welcome gift. The dining options are quite good and welcoming. I recommend Andaz London with highest ratings.

My host Sam was wonderful. However, from the moment I checked in, there were a number of mistakes like how I’m celebrating an anniversary when I’m not, and how I requested to have a baby cot in my room when I didn’t. Sam took the initiative to confirm those details with me and that’s when I told him that I did not make those requests. I thought it was well noted, however when I left my room for about 15 mins to step out to buy something, I returned and there was a baby cot in my room. Staff had entered my room without permission and placed the baby cot in there. I immediately called reception to have it removed. The next morning, a cleaner entered my room without any warning when I was partially undressed. She apologised immediately and said that the staff told her that the room was empty. This stay at Andaz was a big letdown, unfortunately.

Very close to underground station and very easy to get around. They serve breakfast in two restaurants. One is a buffet and one is À la carte And it was included in our stay. We really enjoyed it all. Service was excellent as well. It’s a beautiful hotel and literally the train station is on the back side of building. We loved our stay here.

Overall positive experience. The location is really fantastic and is easily walkable to many places including the subway. The rooms were definitely much smaller than I anticipated and so correspondingly there aren't a lot of horizontal spaces to put things and not a lot of room for hanging things up - so plan to be living out of your suitcase. The bathroom was nice and surprisingly spacious, but water pressure and time-to-heat-up were lacking. The biggest challenge is the elevators which can be somewhat time consuming to use, both on the way up and the way down - so stay closer to ground floor if you're a stairs person. The rooftop area is pretty cool and has a fantastic view. Overall very positive experience for the price.

We loved our stay here! Welcome staff, great location close to the tube. We had a huge room, lots of space for us as a family! Loved the extra touches such as snacks and Nespresso machine! We would stay again!

Upscale luxury
Luxury hotel in the heart of city of London with easy access to many top sites of London via nearby Liverpool station. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to have a comfortable stay in London. The hotel has many great restaurants from a cafe to a sushi place.
