"Beautiful property in a great location. Staff was very friendly and help. The room was spacing clean, but all of the furniture was very low to tue ground. If you have back or knee issues, you would have trouble staying here."
"This is a very nice hotel in an absolutely ideal part of downtown Chicago. Many areas an easy, lovely walk away and those further out a quick cab ride or train ride. The room was clean and comfortable."
"The room we had was very clean and was well cleaned when we were away. It was very small and didn't even have any chairs or a table. It two beds and a dresser. No mini fridge. The L train was very noisy and it ran 24/7. You could hear it from the room. No free public parking. You have to pay at one of the lots that are nearby."
"Upsetting that I was given a room that I had to haul all of my luggage up 16 steep stairs. No other room options. I had reserved a room months in advance. The front desk lady said a few stairs, which I found odd being that there is an elevator. Beware…the top floor is by stairs only!
Front desk lady was very cold and almost robotic. Not at all friendly. The bed was extra firm. I was told all their beds are the same."
