Would pass on this at least until it gets upgraded
Currently under renovation. Rooms on either side of us being redone. Plastic wrap on hall floors and lots of plaster and dry wall on floor being tracked. Bath room shower with peeling paint and running faucet. Breakfast waffle maker and microwave biscuits. Yoghurt out if date. All styrofoam plates etc. Bed was comfortable.extra charge for pet. Cat could get behind bed and hide.

The stay was overall good everyone on the staff except for Sasha had amazing customer service. She could really use some more training. She wasn’t welcoming at all as soon we walked in she had her head down texting on her phone & it took her a minute to even acknowledge us standing there.

The bed and a/c were good and the main room area was clean, however, the bathroom and other areas need a lot of maintenance. This room should not have been rented in its current condition. The towel rack in the bathroom had been torn out and not replaced. There was a sticky glue substance all over the countertop in the bathroom. Many areas in the room and hallway need a paint job. The curtains in the bedroom were partially falling down. The ceiling by the window is dirty. The tub and shower have numerous issues. This was room 207. Whoever is responsible for maintenance should be fired. We've been to many other Country Inn & Suites and had just been to the one in Memphis. The other have all been satisfactory to very nice. This was very disappointing. I might not ever reserve anothe room at a Country Inn & Suites.

Tried to get and iron. Apparently it was locked and away the key was not there. Took over a day to get. Mirror fell down when we walked in the room. Almost every door to every room needed painting. Light covers missing over doors. Breakfast was fair, but I was expecting fresh parts. First time at a country inn. Certainly not going to that particular one again.

We selected this motel while in Little Rock for a convention. Our room was very nice, clean and spacious. We had a microwave, mini-fridge and in-room coffee maker. The bed linens were clean and the bath towels were pleasantly thick. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We didn't have time to swim, but the pool area looked clean and inviting. We were pleasantly surprised at the excellence of this budget-friendly motel and give it high recommendation.

The deposit cost more than the room. Front desk clerk acted as if my business bored him. There were stains on the walls. Their elevator broke 2 times but they never placed a sign. I cried as I told them how scared me and my children were. They could’ve cared less because they didn’t do anything, not even post a sign

My family liked this hotel. They have carts to help get your luggage into the hotel something other small hotels don't seem to have but the hotel needs updating in many ways. The first room they gave me had no air conditioning. The second room they gave me, the door wouldn't open but third time is a charm. The staff however, was very gracious and helpful when asked for anything and they do seem to be working on repairs. The room was clean and I felt comfortable sleeping there. The only negatives I can say is the swimming pool had dirt and leaves at the bottom of it and I couldn't take breakfast food to my hotel room from the dining room.

This place was not very clean and the area surronding the hotel was unsafe and there were homeless people walking up to cars asking for money

Terrible!
This hotel was gross. They only had one room for pets on the first floor and it smelled terrible. The bathroom was awful: paint peeling off in the shower and mold, towel bar falling off the wall. We went in the outdoor pool and the water was so cloudy and full of debris that we couldn't even see with goggles on. There was no AC in the lobby or hallways and the room AC had to be turned down to 62 in order to feel cool. The one plus is that the bed comfortable. Would never stay here again.
