I had a room on the 5th floor. AC works great. I forgot my charge, but I brought my USB C to usb C cord. Luckly the lamps have USB c outlet in them. Bed is comfy."

"We had an absolutely amazing time at Hyatt Hotel ! The ocean view from our room was breathtaking, and being so close to the beach made our stay even more special. The pool was a highlight for us all, with its stunning design and ample space for relaxation and fun. My children couldn't get enough of it! The hotel's location was perfect for enjoying both the beach and exploring the area. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we can't wait to come back for more fun in the sun!"
