Managed to sleep well, but the shower is too noisy. There was dirt on the floor and when we had to take our rubbish ourselves out as there was a big poster threatening 50 euro fee for them to clean the room

Not super accurate to the pictures; a little more run down! Make sure you do your dishes; and take out your garbage before you leave! Super great location, very close to both train stations; maybe a bit dirty outside (but close to the main mall and a huge grocery store) super helpful and kind staff! Reception is closed from 12-1 everyday and after 10pm! Maybe sure you make arrangements with them if you’re arriving midday or early!

Staff are really good, very helpful. My apartment was very clean, nice towels and linens, great pillows! The kitchen area is well equipped, a large pan suitable for cooking pasta or making some soup. Cleaning kit supplied. This is a very nice studio and I would stay again and recommend it.

Great location, small room with too much furniture, but comfortable enough. Check in was bizarre, made everyone wait until 3pm, causing a big queue, why paperwork could not be done beforehand I don't know.

The property is located at less 10min by foot from lille Flandres and Lille europe which the perfect location for a business trip. (maybe less adapted for holidays trip). We encountered an issue with the fob for the private parking space but receptionist was very helpful to solve the situation. Check-in and check out was very smooth. The only negative point is we had to bring our bin downstairs before checkout, I would prefer to have this task taken in charge by staff.

So dirty!!!!!
The location is great but my room was filthy! It seems the floor hadn’t been cleaned in a while, the walls were covered with dust and the cutlery was covered with crusty food / hair (it seems these hadn’t been checked since the last guest - cutlery has to be cleaned by guests in this hotel). The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The extraction fan in the kitchen - located by the bed - couldn’t be switched off and was so loud. The room was located on a lower floor so I couldn’t also hear the AC from the shopping centre’s roof (located inches from my window). It felt like sleeping inside an airplane! I ended up buying cleaning products as I was there for a week, and the washing up liquid provided was mouldy. Would not recommend!

When we first arrived, the first room was desgusting. There was a huge stain on the couch and the room had a terrible smell. We then went down to the reception and they changed our room. The next room was clean but the towels stunk of seamen. The breakfast was very disappointing for 8€… I will not be coming back and recommend you to do the same

Nice and close to town but also attached to the shopping centre. Room was a good size as was the bathroom. Unlocking the door was difficult but it was neat, quiet and clean. Great if your looking for a place close to the train station.

One of the curtains was hanging loose. this made the room look very run down. NO AIR CONDITIONING!!!. What a nightmare! The first night it was difficult to sleep. We had to open the window, which did not help much as the hot air came in. Second night we got a fan from the reception desk but still, I feel that for the price they charge their rooms they could upgrade to have some aircon in the rooms.

A very enjoyable stay in Lille
it was a last minute stop on the way back to Dunkirk. We found S&A Lille Europe very accessible (well, apart from some traffic into Lille) & very well situated - & a lovely space to overnight in. There was parking almost next door - not cheap but not astonishingly expensive. Would recommend staying there.

Crap Hotel, great staff
Poor cleanliness. They only have a one room double or two room twin bed apartment. The sofa bed is really uncomfortable and noisy. The windows overlook trains so you can hear them loud and clear. No air con. Water pressure poor on higher floors. On a good note, really friendly and helpful staff. Room was cleaned again upon request but still not great.

City Centre Hotel very good base
Great location and good experience. We had a 'Grand Studio', which was a double bed and a double sofa bed (which was a bit noisy with the metal springs until you found your sleeping position). We had a view that meant we could see both Gare Lille Flandres and Gare Lille Europe. It had a kitchenette and desk too and was well apportioned. The bathroom was through the bedroom (TV didn't seem to work) which had a sliding door to the lounge area (TV did work) which itself was down a corridor where the kitchenette could be found by the door with Fridge, Double Hob, Microwave. The way our room was laid out meant that the bedroom was quite far away from any other room and the walls were sufficient that there was no transfer of noise either to/from other rooms or the lift which we were directly behind (and was the reason for the corridor). There was a breakfast on offer but with Carrefour literally below us, there wasn't much need. As you would expect, you are expected to wash your dishes although slightly strangely you are also expected to throw your rubbish in the trash chute upon leaving, else you'll potentially be charged €57. Staff were all very good and there was a luggage room as check out is 11am (although their room guide says noon). Would definitely stay again, although their rack rate is an obscene €198. Very close (next door/underneath) to the Euralille shopping centre and entrance to hotel is next door along from Carrefour exit.

Overnight stay close to Gare Lille Europe
Central location walking distance of the 2 railway stations. Good sized room, cleanly presented with comfortable bed, basic aparthotel facilities and en suite. All at a reasonable price. Perfect for an overnight stay.

Lovely Lille

The hotel is in a great location next to a major mall and supermarket, across the Lille Flanders train station and a couple of blocks from the major sites. The room was simple but comfortable. It was very clean, well appointed and a great value for money. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel asks that one takes the trash out at the end of the stay and also wash the dishes to avoid a charge. I didn't find this onerous. I would stay here again.
