This is a good location for getting out and about. Just a sort distance off the A1.
Couldn’t fault the staff, all were very welcoming and friendly.
Breakfast was good with a couple of hot elements. We didn’t use the restaurant in the evening as we eat out as attending the rugby World Cup as it was a very short distance to the stadium.
I would consider staying here again

Worst Novotel hotel in France.
I have picked your place as usually the service level remains very high.
Well…, not this time.
You guys definitely can do better.
One bright point, the bartender in lobby bar trying hard to save the situation caused by his colleague from the front desk.

Very happy to chosen this hotel it clean, friendly staff and spacious room. The only thing disappointment is that the curtain is not black out curtain. It reasonable price with free parking which is the most important factor for us. The location is great just off the A1 road and it the center place to go to visit Lille.

The property has an outdoor seating area between the lobby and pool area with a small children’s play area. We were sitting on these seats and were told we had to leave because it was part of the restaurant attached to the inside of the hotel. I had already asked the front desk if we could sit there. The person who told us off and told us to move was rude and abrupt. There were no signs indicating we could not sit and eat our own things there. We were treated awfully despite being paying guest of the hotel and furthermore there was hardly Anyone else outside using the seating area!
Stop off on way from Eurotunnel to Alsace-Lorraine
Roadworks on both sides of the Channel meant we arrived too late to eat in the restaurant so cannot comment on that.
Welcome at Reception was excellent, efficient and very friendly. Rooms were extremely comfortable and we all had a good night's sleep. The area is quiet (airport not busy - last flight in or out is about 2200.) Would definitely recommend it as a stopover hotel. If you have Tesco Clubcard points, you can book this hotel through Hotels.com - very good value.
Great placè, excellent breakfast,great location near to bus for lille. Only 5 euros for 3 people. Great pool, plenty of seating. Would definitely recommend.
We used this hotel as a base to explore WW1 sites in Flanders, was clean, quiet had free parking good freeway access and a reasonable price ...good find
Short tour of battlefields. Hotel in perfect position south of city, adjacent to the airport for car hire but v peaceful. Staff were brilliant - friendly and helpful, food superb, rooms a good size and well equipped. Definitely recommend.

Toilet was separate to bathroom and toilet room smelt of cigarettes.
staff friendly and provided me with a plug adaptor on request as i left mine in the UK.

Easy to find - straight off the motorway
overnight stay on the way back from a long journey to break the travel up. Perfectly adequate, easy to find just off the motorway. We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on the food. Hotel looks drab from the outside but quite funky on the inside. We waited a while for someone to come to check in but they were friendly when they did arrive
Great hotel, newly refurbished, superb family room
We arrived about 9pm and a very courteous young man checked us in. He couldn't have been more helpful or polite. Once settled in our room, we were served in the bar, and again was very professional. At breakfast staff offered assistance to my 9 year old when using the toaster.
Room itself was in perfect condition as the hotel had just finished being renovated a couple of weeks ago. Would very happily recommend this hotel.
The receptionists were very helpful by giving us ideas for the best places to see in Lille. Everybody enjoyed the breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable and would stay here again.
Hotel was clean and despite being near the airport was exceptionally quiet. The picture of the pool is a little mis-leading as it is rather small. The hotel gives out free bottles of water which were very welcomed. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Very good location to easily drive into Lille which is beautiful.
Arrived on evening of a very hot day's motoring. Check in was swift and polite and staff speak English. Room was functional but had excellent air conditioning.
Dinner menu was relatively limited but we each had a superb omelette and breakfast was fine,Kids were enjoying themselves at the outdoor pool and a mother and baby rabbit were gambolling on the grassy area outside the dining terrace!
