convenient motel beside the highway. very clean, easy to access. Breakfast is also provided. You can also try the Asian BBQ buffet restaurant beside this hotel.

They refused us to stay, because they didn’t have pet friendly room. I asked for refund and they said yes, but you guys from Expedia didn’t do nothing, the worst experience with Expedia, so sad I’m a senior and you treated me un respectful.

Friendly staff. Clean room. Convenient location. Only negative was old tv with a remote that did not have closed captioning capability. For hard of hearing people this was frustrating.

Had a decent stay. Small room, but cheap price. Good value for money. Staff was nice. Just be advised you need a credit card to deposit in case of damages - will not accept debit or cash deposit

I was disappointed they would not take my debit-credit card for an incidental deposit. Never had an issue at any other hotel or motel. Had to call to use someone else's card. Homeless population was knocking on our door in the middle of the night. Place was clean and comfortable other wise. Staff was nice as well.

2nd time staying there. Very adequate for our needs. Good location. Parking is a bit tight. Heating pipes make noise when the thermostat turns off. Might need to bleed air frim the system. Price was right. Will be back again.

Check in experience was not good,. It was disrespectful. Check in staff was not well trained. Room phone & coffee maker were not working. I requested check in staff to fix it but no one came to fix it. Check-out staff was professional. Check-in staff needs to give proper training. I do not want to write the name of check-in staff here. Requesting hotel management to take action and give proper training to staff.

The only things that I think could be improved are the Kitchenette and removing the carpets which, however much the cleaning ladies aspire to, are filthy and we cannot walk barefoot through the room without getting our feet dirty! Apart from that, we can only thank you because the employees are extremely polite and helpful!
