I was very disappointed in the size of the room. I looked at my husband and laughed and said it felt like we were in Europe because the room is so small. The mattress was very stiff and hard. 3 pillows were given and 2 were very flat. The air conditioner unit was very very loud. I would strongly recommend they update the rooms and bedding. For $133/night it would’ve been nice to even have a chair to sit on in the room, instead of just a bed.

I always have a fantastic stay at this location. The staff are friendly, the rooms are always clean and I love having easy access to the Firestone restaurant connected to the hotel.

Hard to find parking in the lot due to an event the hotel was hosting. Provisions should be made for guests! Also the bath towels were the smallest encountered at a hotel for a long time! Plus no glasses in the washroom for brushing teeth! Actually had to use the coffee mugs for that purpose!

Our room 317 was a utility closet turned in a room . Tiny windows and very narrow small room compared to the ones our friends rented for the same price. Otherwise a nice hotel good friendly staff.

Central comfort
The Hotel is very central and very conveniently located. It’s quite a large hotel as well with many amenities and one of Lethbridge’s top restaurants for the ultimate dining experience you can get there in city. It’s safe to say the hotel has a little bit of everything and all for a decently priced rate that during the holidays I was surprised it wasn’t more. Thank you again for the wonderful hospitality and food!
