Do not stay here, this place was disgusting!!! Paint peeling off the walls, mold on the ceiling, leaking toilet, nasty residue around the molding of the floor, the safety latch on the door wasn't secure it was coming out of the wall... Only stayed 2hrs before finding other accommodations it was that bad!

This place is absolutely horrible. Went to check-in and found out we were on second floor. Great! Then I'm told elevator doesn't work and we have to climb the steps. I hD a handicap person withme who can't climb steps. Lady said sorry. Now she gives me a room out back of the motel. Room was disgusting. Bed not made. No phone, bathroom sink leaking and the windows were so dirty you couldn't see out of them. Went to front desk and told them. Reponse, sorry, we have no one here to take care of these problems. Asked her to not only cancell but want my money back. Was told since it was there fault she would cancell with no fee. Now give me my money back and was told I can't since you went through a third party to make reservations. Then they have to call the motel. Why? Just want my money back. Then I had to ride around for 3 hrs. looking for a room.

The elevator was broken and I had to walk up to the 3rd floor. Was given a room that wasn’t very clean, and the toilet didn’t flush. But the front desk person was able to find me another room. She was very pleasant. The place needs some painting and updating, replacing of torn bed skirts, and The television was wonky. Outside of the building is nice with ample parking and convenient to my event

I stayed with my family 4/12/24 I was given room 312 when Me my wife and kids walked into the room the room smelled like mold the bathroom was falling apart and when I called the front desk the host was very nasty and ignorant would not recommend this hotel to anyone it actually need to be shut down

Pros: hot water, microwave and refrigerator worked and good water pressure. Cons: no chairs anywhere, no trashcans in the room or bathroom .terrible lighting, no duvet cover or blanket on one bed, just a sheet and the beds were full size not queen which I had reserved. No stopper in the tub if you wanted to take a bath and no stopper in the sink. The grab bar was loose on the wall .No breakfast and they advertised breakfast. We were in the back annex which is obviously used for low income housing as we heard a domestic dispute that was very loud with banging on doors and loud cussing and threats yelled at a woman. The next day we saw a woman with cuts on her face and a black eye. The building is in a horrible state of repair and the rooms are badly stained and in dire need of upkeep.The tv did not work for our full stay. I reported it on 3 different occasions and to no avail. The room price was $68.00 it should have been $45.00 and even that would be on the high side. I have never had an experience like this anywhere. It really should be called the Horrific Hotel.

When checking in the front desk agent was very Pleasant. First inconvenience was the elevator being “maintenance” so we had to take the steps to 3rd floor. Hallways, and stairwells were disgusting and smelled like cigarettes (smoke free hotel advertised at front desk). But room smelled of smoke as well. The bathroom in my room was horrible. Curtains didnt fit so water was reaching the floor from shower being on. The pipes and drains were so molded and just ridiculously unsanitary. Only hood part about my stay was the check in process everything followed by that was a disaster!!!

At age 78 having to lug baggage up difficult stairs is not acceptable. There was no elevator service. In addition I asked for a cot and was told there were none at the hotel. The bath tub was disgusting so we were not able to shower. This is not what I consider acceptable!

Our room was on the third floor. We are in our 70's and I have a bad back.The elevator had been out for a week! Our room key did not work and spent time looking for a phone number for front desk as it is on no literature we received. The room was fair. The bed was good. The bathroom was terrible and the toilet did not flush well nor was there hot water or washclothes. Our smoke detector was covered with paper and plastic. We left most of our things in the car and were glad to see they were still there this morning. We stopped at the fire station and reported the smoke alarm. The fire chief told us the place is known as a drug haven and he is over there frequently. We suggest that you remove this place from your lists!

I wish I could give zero stars for this review. I came to stay last night and was awaken in the night with bed bugs in my bed and bumps on my arms and legs. I spoke to someone at the front desk , showed him video of the bugs and left at 1 am . Not to mention I am 8 months pregnant and the elevator did not work so I had to cary my luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs. I was coming from out of town and was left trying to find a hotel at 1 am. Totally ruined my weekend. I will never stay at a Days Inn ever again!

We needed a cheap stay for 2 nights. Compared to area facilities, it was a cheap stay. Our biggest complaint: the elevator did not work. All rooms were on top floors. We had to walk flights of stairs to reach our room. With arthritis in both knees, this was tough. We should have been notified of this PRIOR to booking.

The walls are very thin and I could hear TV and conversations from the next room. The hallway smelled of smoke. Stains on carpet and on comforter. The bathroom was so dated and desperately needs updated. The towels are very thin and had no wash clothes. Spend the extra money and upgrade to a better hotel!

The pictures and details of the property do not relate to the current state of the property. I have some more realistic ones! I will start with the front desk/reception, very basic and not at all welcoming, the lady on reception looked like it was too much effort to talk to us. Next to the facilities, they may have been there 5-10 years ago but they are not there now. No Bar, No Restaurant, No nice tranquil gardens. The rooms are nothing like the photos, disgusting, dirty, stank of cigarettes (lots of no smoking signs), the walls were nicotine yellow, paint pealing off walls, stains and cigarette burns in the bed covers. We we there 30mins before asking for our money back, they would not give full refund as we'd checked in, we had been there for 30 mins!! The one plus, was that the expedia staff we very helpful. Expedia you need to update your property info for this one and anyone visiting the area, avoid this place at all cost.

The property is rundown and in a questionable area. I did not feel safe letting my 12yo son travel alone between our 2 rooms. The property feels that it is in various stages of upgrade. The bathrooms are old and dingy. The beds were not comfortable and the pillows were small deflated squares. The woman who checked me in seemed disinterested and was on her phone or entertaining guests in the sitting area every other time I saw her.

The ad posted by Expedia is BS. They showed a restaurant and a bar There was none. The ad showed a couch in the room there was none. The bathroom made me gag. The toilet was brown, the tub had scum ring all on the sides. The water hardly came out of the sink, i had to brush my teeth in the tub, there were dead bugs on the bed.not sure what they were. I doubt the room had been used in months. The girl at front desk was rude and waled away from me when asked why there were no couches in the room. Never ever will o stay there again I do not recommended staying there. There are probably cleaner motels in the area. This was supposed to be a hotel.

Chose this hotel due to its price and proximity to where i needed to be. Ive stayed at a few Days Inns before, and this one was well below the quality of the ones ive stayed in prior. Positives...the room was big and the bed linens were clean. The building itself was in a major need of refreshing. Hallway had an odd smell to it. The paint was old. Tiles were cracked in the shower. The toilet was too close to the wall and it was installed on an angle Towards the wall, making it difficult to use. There were no stoppers in the sink or tub drains. Tub looked in need of being replaced. Towels looked old and had stains on them. Housekeeping had left an old pillowcase on the sofabed (which had looked worn out and needed to be replaced) Overall, this Days Inn served its purpose of being a place to rest for the night. But it would need major work done to it before i would consider using them again.

I have never seen conditions such as what i did at this facility. Sheets, mattress were very weathered and horrible stains. There was bed bugs and their travel tracks all over the mattress. The elevator had 2 disgusting towels up above some grate that smelled like death and vomit. There was dirt on the elevator floor and a empty juice box. The hotel room smelled stale and musty. Toilet was stained and very small. I felt very unsafe due to several shady characters walking around facility, as if on drugs or selling them. I went to tell the staff I want my money back and i kept ringing the bell at the counter and no one came, so we left and never to return. Pictures on web site differ from what you actually see in person. I will be calling corporate and the health administration to report this disgusting place.

The room we stayed in seemed dated and like it had a lot of repairs, which whatever fine. The toilet seat had visible marks on it , which upon cleaning myself they came off. 3 pillows for a couple and every pillow was a completely random different size, the shower head screamed when you ran it. The elevator reeked like urine. I asked for fresh towels at the front desk and they had long dark hair embedded into them. I wouldn’t stay here again. And I feel I could’ve found better for less elsewhere.

Property outated for starters. Personally it would not concern me if the property was outdated or vintage, if it was maintained. Vintage properties are actually sought after by some. This property may be in some kind of maintenance period however it only shows where paint has been applied by a novice. Overall it met the basic needs of a shelter, like a tent would. The bathroom sink was difficult to use due to the faucet being hard to move (push off, pull on style), the door knob on the inside was semi crushed and we did not close the door while no one was in it for fear of locking ourselves out (lock set and the latches only opened from the inside knob), the hair dryer was unusable because you can't physically plug it in, the vent did not move any air while we were here. The room was a suite and did not have a coffee maker even though it was listed as such. There is no breakfast. The property is listed as having a restaurant and bar on site, however it closed some time ago. Outside of our window was a pool, half full of water and debris. In the second building, the tenants have random items on their balconies, probably locals but definitely takes away from the properties potential aesthetics. There was no coffee when we arrived around 5pm and the offering in the morning was strong enough to peal paint.

Several lights in my room didn't work the light above the vanity did not work and was in really crappy condition with wires hanging out when I brought it to the hotel staff attention the next morning she wanted to argue with me that all I had to do was ask for another room! They failed at reserving me a room that was in adequate condition. I don't need to be making phone calls in the middle of the night to let the staff know that my room is inadequate. That's their job.

Booked for 8 days. Front lady was nice but she was the only front person who was, so the other 2 I met had attitudes. First room had cracks and stains all over the walls and the lock on the door was shredded. Told the front lady and she was nice enough to give us another room with a lock. Unfortunately it was still a mess and found garbage stuffed into the corner of the room and into the microwave. Somewhere along the way there was miscommunication. I asked to book till Friday night but was kicked out Thursday morning because they booked all other available rooms for the weekend because of an event happening the weekend. Was also sad to see the website stating all days inns have free breakfast only for this one to not. I should probably note I had to catch and flush two ROACHES down the toilet while my stay. It’s the cheapest hotel for almost a 100 a night for it to really not be worth it at all. Been to a motel 6 in Las Vegas for half the price and better kept. Not worth

I've never rented at this hotel before. And my first experience will be my absolute last!!!! Initially I selected a "back" room, thinking that it was a rear facing hotel room. Ideal if you don't want road traffic or noise. But when I arrived, I found out that a "back" room was an entire separate building behind the hotel that smelled horrible of filth and smoke, but there were drug addicts getting high and nodded out. I stormed into the hotel and demanded a room in the regular hotel as I had paid approximately $105 for a good nights rest. I was given a room on the 2nd floor in the main hotel which felt a little safer away from all the drug addicts who I was informed pay by the week to live in this "back" section. But things only got WORSE!! 1. I woke up to find no hot water to take a shower. 2. I went downstairs to complain and get some breakfast that is promised on the hotels.com website and the Days Inn website. But I was told that there wasn't any breakfast served because of COVID!!! COVID is officially over. Both websites advertise a free breakfast and then the hotel saves money by trying to still use COVID as an excuse not to serve breakfast. 3. The TV was so fuzzy that you couldn't watch it. The TV cable was broken in the back of the TV. I complained and asked for a refund. Hotels.com never did anything and said that they needed permission from the hotel manager. So I never got a refund. I'm filing a dispute with my credit card company. NEVER STAY HERE.

Beyond disappointed. Rarely anyone is available at the reception counter. Can't even call or ring bell for assistance. Next to no hot water in room. Room is never serviced for cleaning. Can't find anyone if you run out of toiletries or clean towels.

This hotel was very close to my famiy gathering . It was my first time staying at this hotel, and it was very disappointed. It didn’t look as clean neat and welcoming as it look's in the pictures you could smell the cigarette in the room. The bathroom looks like it was in clean and it has stains all over.. unfortunately, I will not be staying at this place again. Thank you

Look at the review I’ve previously done upon checking in. And I posted one on google. Black mold in the shower and I don’t wanna know what the stains were on the walls and the box spring. Overall the cleanliness was awful and I’ve stayed at 1 star hotels and never had a problem with the cleanliness of the rooms. Unfortunately I have way too many photos to just post 8. And the trial sized mouth wash had white stuff in it. Never opened it and just threw it away.
