The property is beautiful. The staff on the other hand need to be trained on how to respond to a customer that has had a fall on the property, even if it is directing me to a manager. I spoke with 4 employees about my accident in the shower and NOT ONE of them asked if I was ok. If I were to see a person fall, it is a common courtesy to to see and or ask if they are OK. The slip and fall were due to no safety bars or non-slip tape in the tub/shower. The shower gel was empty and when I turned I fell out of the tub onto the tile floor, I spoke with a Dean at the front desk and asked for a new set of towels because I had to clean up the water on the floor after I fell out. No response, NOTHING. This fall ruined the remainder of my vacation due to not being able to lift my right arm. I have an appointment with my Dr. soon to see if I tore any muscles in my shoulder. Never staying at a Wyndham if this is the way they treat their customers.
