The room was decent. There was a minor leak under the kitchen sink and the dishwasher didn't work but these were minor inconveniences. The area itself is quiet and the patio was serene. I would stay there again.

Overall a good place to stay. Nothing fancy. Just enough to have a good place to spend the night. You are 10 min walk, on either direction, to CVS, 7-eleven, fast food. You are also about 10 min drive from the strip. Staff is professional and answer all your questions. Overall, I got what I paid for. I was happy with my experience. For the price, you really can't complain. I did not have a single negative experience staying there. The only con I can think of is that the walls are thin, you can hear your neighbors if they happen to be loud, but that didnt bother me. Overall for the price, its a 10/10. Comfortable place, close to the strip.

Location and Proximity of the Property to the Strip and Major features of Las Vegas was great. We enjoyed our stay to the utmost - Our only take away was based on Out Dated Decor, but Overall a fantastic stay and location. We will definitely be booking this property again. We are looking for similar locations in other areas of Nevada. Hopefully including Reno.

Didn't clean our room yet charged a resort fee? Didn't feel very resort like and had cheap soft beds. Shower door only opened over the toilet. Have to step over toilet to shower. Walls are very thin and can hear the neighbors easily. Feels like a motel, not a resort.

Police at handling a situation with other guests (twice). Wall are paper thin, room next door blasting TV at 11pm, I called front desk, they sent security and were told that we called in on them. So for the next hour heard them complaining about how dare we call the security on them. Felt unsafe.

The highlight of this property was the kind and courteous staff. They were great. The property itself is a very aged and outdated time share (despite my search filter for hotels only on Expedia). Neighborhood is also not ideal. Police were banging on a guests door and things got a little exciting. Despite the deal and it being geographically central, not planning on returning.

This is a really nice place--far from the noise of the strip, but a great base from which to explore Red Rock, Valley if Fire, etc.

It was a nice property off the strip for an affordable price. It was quiet and felt safe and secure. We used the free shuttle to the strip which was nice.

Good clean lodging. Nothing too fancy, there was a pool and hot tub that looked clean but it wasn't warm enough during our stay. Compared to the nightly rates and resort fees some properties charge this was a great value.

The Staff was very friendly and helpful, request where looked after right away. The hotel itself is a bit old you can certainly see some since of age but it was clean and plenty of room for my family of 5. We would stay there again.

The suite was secure and spacious with a beautiful electric fireplace, however the room is in need of some updating. The curtains were broken in both rooms but still closed well enough to provide privacy and decent sleeping conditions, there was barely enough hot water for me to shampoo my hair much less if someone brought other family members they would be in a luke warm/cold shower. The sink handle was on the verge of breaking, the chairs in the dining room don't match, and if you call maintenance for help, just be prepared they won't show up. I had 2 experiences with that situation already. Otherwise, I loved the size of the room and the seperate living room from the bedroom with 2 flat screen tvs. The full size fridge was also a bonus.

the property was quite dated and old looking, they should get rid of all the carpeting and replace it with tile or vinyl. the shower had mould. the property was assessable to foot traffic, there was homeless hanging around.

This was a pleasant surprise. Affordable large rooms close to the strip. Friendly courteous staff. Shuttles to the strip and grocery store. However the decor is old and dated. The stopper in my tub was broken for a bath.

Nice property and clean room. Loved that it had a fridge and a microwave. Liked the pool and hot tub. Pool seemed a good temp. Checkin staff was really nice. Did not like that the room was only cleaned every seven days. Wouldn't even clean it when requested. Had to go get extra towels, shampoos, and coffee every couple days. Rooms are not very sound private. You can literally hear the person talking word for word in the next room. Just because of the cleaning and sound we will not stay again.
