I was in room 103. There was light bulb they had not been replaced in kitchen ceiling and the lights above the bathroom sink the bulbs were completely missing. So only gave a good rating due to missing bulbs.

Several things broken in the room. Shower dripping, stove knob broken. Couldn’t adjust heating or cooling. Too hot. Dirty carpets.

This property is sub par at best. Check in was slow. The staff was not overly friedly. We requested extra blankets, was told they would bring them up and never did. We had to request maid service. The breakfast fills a hole but that is all it does. The hot tub is luke warm and the jets don't work. I would not stay here again. We were disapointed with our stay. We travel a fair amount and can see the difference between good value and companies that don't care. I'm afraid this is a place where they don't really care about their guests.

Upon checking in found lots of black hair (beard trimmings?) swept under the bathroom sink and in the sink hidden under the little rim where the sink and counter meet that kept washing out when I was done washing my hands or brushing my teeth. Do better when cleaning rooms for new check-ins.

I did not like the check in process. Seems that one of the clerks likes to activate my key card for less time than my stay, this is the second time that this has happened. I have stayed there on business 7 times previously but this will be my last. Major change in the clientele the last two stays as well.

Good location with access to highway. Safe area. Was a little disappointed with the bedding. It seems like they didn't change some of the pillowcases from a previous person as one of them smelled like cologne. Was quite strong and kind of lingered on the rest of the bedding and the area

Terrible. We checked out less than an hour after checking in and found another hotel. Discussed concerns with the front dash and we’re told we could leave without charge. We are now being charged. Hot tub was filthy and not working. People partying all over the property and leaving trash everywhere. Smells terrible. Other guests were checking out because their room had not been cleaned fresh m prior guests. Gross.

The corner room was very cramped. We couldn't get all the was around the bed. Which had the worst mattress I've ever been on.the pool was dirty. The couch was also very uncomfortable. I also want to mention one of the two elevators didnt work.

We had a really nice stay. It was very busy. I had to request another room key and I was very concerned that the front desk representative didn’t even ask for my name, much less a photo ID before giving me another room key. Considering how many people was there, it just didn’t seem safe. You don’t have to post my concern, just please ensure it doesn’t happen again.
