"Pool was closed,only reason I booked was because they said there was a open pool on site to get there to a closed pool,maintenance said it was open and then immediately the person at the counter said its closed very rudely....If you want a basic over-priced hotel...This is your place."

"i had a medical problem could not stay would not give a refund. they also do not mention on site that they have no parking. parking garage you need to use is at lease $15.00 a day and depending on time of day you start food is limited coffee is pricey overall do NOT STAY LOOK ELSEWHERE butch"

"They canceled our stay without stating the reason. In the message they told they refunded our money. They never did Eventually after 2 weeks we got our refund from Expedia after several attempts to reach the hotel. It was the graduation week and our booking that we booked 3 months before cost us $90. Immediately after cancellation their relisted our room for $260. Total scammers. Their phone number they list is a cell phone number that goes straight to a voicemail. Avoid."
