Convenient to dining. Room was too close to the highway which was noisy. Pull out bed was not comfortable for a room costing $275 a night.

Weekend escape
Loved the hot tub and how friendly the person was at the front desk. Our room was so nice and comfortable. loved the location as we could walk to shopping and dinner, Breakfast was good and service person so nice.

average stay, not worth the premium price
Unable to check-in until almost 80minutes after check-in time (4:20pm) ... when asking for an upgrade to make good for this problem we were told we could pay to upgrade. Not acceptable for excellent customer service, in my opinion. Hotel was just average but for a premium price.

Stayed 2 weeks as a wandering (senior) snowbird. Many attractions in Lakeland, this hotel was well located. Breakfast offerings were slim and meh. Located adjacent to a walkable mall with many good restaurants.

Great staff!
Staff made all the difference!! Everyone from the front desk to the maintenance man were super helpful. Dane and Tuesday at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay amazing!

Ruined Trip
This room was overbearingly noisy. The AC was extremely loud, so much so as we could not sleep, and the street noise was horrible. Cars racing around in the parking lot. We did not stay the whole night. We ended up going home at midnight. The person at the desk was oblivious and didn't offer any options or apologies.

Do something about your breakfast offering. Cereal with no milk. No water. The hot water for tea and oatmeal was warm, not hot. Also, the bathtub had a puddle of water in it because the plug was in the drain. And that made a little dirty ring around the puddle. You can do better than this.

Stayed in Room 111. I thought the room was "tired". It had evidence of being repainted many times over the years (mostly evident in the bathroom trim). The bathroom mirror, lighting, and glass shelves (although clean) dated the property. The desk chair arm was damaged. The desk outlets were old and would not grab the plugs securely. The lamps had signs of corrosion on the bases next to the aux outlets and on/off switches. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I didn't use the TVs but they looked newer. The room was clean and there were no odors. The front desk staff was very friendly and competent both at check-in and check-out. I can't recall the rate I paid but I know if was in the $200 range (perhaps an elevated rate due to a nearby annual airshow). At that price I expected more.

Great Pet-friendly stay
They are very pet friendly, and there was even a designated pet area in the back for your pooch. As usual, our suite was cozy and had all of the amenities we needed for our stay. We felt rather safe and comfortable during these times of COVID.

Quick overnight
Hotel was awesome. Room was nice and big with a very comfort bed. Couch was okay. Check in was okay. Front desk clerk was not very friendly or helpful at all. Would definitely stay again.
