Staff were not very friendly. Parking is restricted . The location of the property is not ideal with regard to restaurants and nightlife . The price is not attartctive in terms of value for money.

Staff were friendly, location was ok if you have a car. I recommend staying closer to Sirmione. Air conditioning didn't work for the first few days of our stay and had to be controlled by reception's night staff. Had to pay extra to have a bottle of wine taken up to our room. Reception were great to call us taxis, but the taxis weren't consistent. Sometimes the taxi to Sirmione charged $15 euro whereas other times we were charged $31 euro. No restaurant on site either. I would say an excellent 3 star hotel but definitely not a 4 star.

Pleasant hotel with fabulous roof pool and cocktai
A pleasant hotel, not the newest with a couple of tired features, e.g. in the bathroom. It was very clean, though, with comfortable rooms with lovely balconies and comfy modern beds. We had nice quiet rooms overlooking the garden. The heated pool on the roof with a fabulous view of the lake and mountains as great. All staff were fantastic, friendly and quick. We enjoyed the bikes that the hotel rents out at a low rate. Breakfast buffet was generous and set in the pleasant conservatory. The feature e enjoyed most, however, was the bar and the outstanding cocktails created by the Hotels long-standing excellent and very professional barkeeper. Try the smoked Negroni, for example!

Nice room- deluxe room is much nicer than the suite- thankfully the helpful guy on reception moved us from the suite to the deluxe room so we had a lake view

Excellent hotel - located between Desenzano and Sirmione. Local transport excellent. Staff friendly, efficient and very welcoming. Hotel clean, comfortable - everything you would need. Breakfast was very good - excellent choices. Overall would not hesitate to recommend.

The infinity pool on the rooftop is worth a visit. We went early before it got crowded and basically had it to ourselves. Lovely hotel with very comfortable beds/accommodations. I wish we had booked more than 1 night, but we'll definitely be back.

The rooms are good size, well equipped and comfortable beds. The staff are very helpful. Breakfast is excellent. Pool bar and pool area is very good. Some of the hotel infrastructure looks a bit tired and needs some maintenance.

Friendly staff with professional approach in customer service. Breakfast cold selection very good, but don’t recommend the hot food. 4 star rating too generous: no complimentary bottled water, spa package not outlined but ‘included’, evening bar food limited to toasted sandwich or buy in pizza. Plus hotel located on busy main road/ roundabout...very noisy when balcony door open, which needed to be as hotel / room heating could not be turned off. (No compensation, such as cooling ‘welcome drinks’ in foyer. )Hence an excessive waste of energy; also balcony lights ( left on all night) controlled by management

The hotel listing on Expedia was very misleading, we were under the impression that the hotel had a rooftop bar or restaurant overlooking the lake. In actual fact, the only bar and restaurant were on the ground floor. There is a small rooftop pool but no where to sit and have a drink and the views of the lake aren't great. We ended up booking a restaurant down the road which had an actual view of Lake Garda. The hotel was clean and nice enough, if a little out-dated. You can't really walk to anywhere from there though which was a shame for us as we were passing though via public transport but would be a good hotel to stay in if you had a car. There is a bus stop very close to the hotel to take you into town which was a saving grace for us.

Everything about this hotel was fabulous. Our room was spotless, spacious and cool. Excellent breakfast. 2 gorgeous pools. We hired a car but busses and taxis can get you arround.
