I wasnt able to make it due to weather and i had to pay the full fee. Staying in a different location that offers a cancelation free that saves me the whole cost of the room during a snow storm should it happen. I hear great things about this location which is why i booked with them over my usual being recommended by a co worker however, i like the policy my current location has. Im sure its nice though! :)

Property is a it dated. Also, we had booked as a family of 3 yet there were no pillows or blankets for our child for the pull out sofa. When we asked there were no blankets available and we had to stack sheets so he wasnt cold.
