"Hotel location itself is nice. There was no refrigerator in the room, and the safe did not work. There is also no ice machines on the room floors. I was told to go to the bar where they would also have ice buckets.
After waiting ~30 min for a bartender to show up i was informed he was too busy and to ask the front desk. Went to the front desk where he too was busy and said he could not help.
The Restaurant was closed, but a nice lady did help me there even though she was obviously on break. Staffing at the hotel is definitely lacking."
