UPON MY 3rd DAYS CHECK IN THE FRONT DESK REP DECIDED TO TRY & QUID PRO QUO ME OUT OF A ROOM I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR . BASICALLY TRYING TO MAKE ME PAY $10 PER PERSON FOR HIM TO REASSIGN MY DOOR KEY . AFTER REFUSING TO PAY HIM FOR A ROOM I ALREADY PAID FOR VIA EXPEDIA HE PROCEEDS TO TELL ME “ IF YOU CHECK BACK IN TOMORROW I WILL NOT REASSIGN YOUR KEY “ . SO OUT OF THE $200 I ALREADY SPENT IN 3 DAYS , HIM BEING MONEY HUNGRY TRYING TO FORCE ME TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL $30 BASICALLY FOR A KEY CARD TO THE PAID FOR ROOM THAT HAD ALREADY BEEN REASSIGNED T W I C E ! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME HERE JUST TO BE HARASSED !

Manager of Regency Inn cancelled the reservation because we questioned a $50.00 fee they wanted to add on at the time of check in. With no warning at all. Very unpleasant, rude and unprofessional of them. And they kept one night’s stay when we went to cancel. There are much nicer hotels than this for the same price. Will dispute this charge with credit card company.

Very Dangerous place
Construction everywhere sprained my ankle on a drop off and my foot went through the wood and almost fell from the second floor because the railing bowed out because it was not anchored to the bottom

Hello,Thank you for taking time out to provide us with a review.We are sorry that you had a hard time during your visit. We are remodelling our motel and upgrading our features to ensure even a better stay for our guests. During the reconstruction we close the side where the work is in progress and only give out rooms on the sections where work is not being done. The construction does not take place and is cleared up on the weekends. As per our records your stay was in a section where there was no construction and on a weekend.

A NEARLY PERFECT STAY!!!!
****If you don't mind a hotel filled with dayworkers and the usual hoard of.... The grounds were spotless. Well kept. The building is old. But being worked on. The reception area was neat and clean. Very friendly owner checked me in. My check-in was fast, simple, smooth. My room was clean, the furniture was in great shape. The bed and bedding were in great shape. Both were clean and looked new. No orders in the room whatsoever. The bathroom was superb and looked great. Totally remodeled and not a stain nor spot anywhere. The shower curtain looked new. The plumbing and appliances all worked. I got a room with a massive whirlpool/hot tub and it was phenominal. The hot tub was spotless and replete with complimentary towels, soaps, lotions and shampoos. The area is safe, and parking lot well lit. This hotel is surrounded by every sort of service, food, retail store imaginable. Just a two minute drive from the front door. There were no insects of any type in my room. No bed bugs. No spiders. They really nuked this room for pests!!!! There was no furniture at all in this room except for the sesh which was wholly taken up by the huge tv. There were no loud noises during the day nor night. Except once, when some clown sat in his truck and blasted "Music" for an hour. I called the manager to intervene but he understandably cowered out of the task. My only complaint was one ghetto white chick who stood outside smoking all day, lound on the phone. And louder talking to her "hommies."

Spend extra $20 get a better hotel
Toilet was stopped up, walks looked like alot of water damage fridge in room was so rusty, room needs alot of TLC . People above us had 5 + kids in there room hours of running stomping just over all very loud unfortunately we had no phone in room to call office so had to look them up took several times calling before anyone answered was not happy with this stay, pool was not open no breakfast like advertised
