"I was very disappointed in my stay. First off, when booking, there was two options in the photos and I chose the option photo with a walk in shower, however, the room I got had a tub/shower. The room was out dated and small. Bed was not comfortable however the pillows were. Not a quiet night as I could hear the highway noise all night. The room itself didn’t feel clean but maybe it’s just because it was out dated. Truly disappointed and will not stay here again. When I was checking out the guy was super nice, so I guess I can give an a+ for the staff. But that’s about it. Book elsewhere"

"Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. We were traveling with children and were disturbed by loud, graphic, and inappropriate noises coming from the hallway and the room next door late into the night. It was so excessive that it sounded like an adult movie was being filmed. The situation made our family very uncomfortable and significantly impacted our ability to relax and enjoy our stay. We expect a hotel to provide a family-friendly environment, and this experience fell well short of that expectation. I hope management takes steps to address noise complaints more effectively in the future."

"The property is ok for the price. The room was clean but the pillows were very uncomfortable. The rate quoted through Expedia was for two adults and a teen. Upon check in I had to pay an extra 10 because the “child” was over 12. The continental breakfast was decent and the shuttle driver was very accommodating."

"We did NOT stay. There were bedbugs in room 215 and I checked the next one they offered, 218 and it was even worse. We ended up having to go find another hotel after 9:00 at night. I booked ahead so I wouldnt have to worry- it was awful! Hotels.com was NO HELP. They transferred me around many times and ended up telling me to call the hotel. I did get a refund, but HOTELS.COM and STUDIO 6 WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN.- I dont care what they rate. I regret I didnt go talk to the gentleman and his family who checked in as I was checking out. That Galveston hotel was packed with people who had no idea. Please people, for your own protection, learn how to check hotel rooms for bedbugs. Don't take a single piece of luggage into your room until you have checked it."
