"The location is excellent and having direct beach access is definitely a major plus. Unfortunately, the property itself is in need of significant improvements. Our room had a strong humid, musty odor that was very unpleasant. We had to sleep with the windows open because whenever the room was closed up, opening the door would bring back the heavy smell immediately. The walls and carpeting also appeared worn and unclean.
While the location is wonderful, I don't think I would stay here again unless the property undergoes substantial renovations.
That said, the staff deserves special recognition. Every team member we encountered was friendly, professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. They provided outstanding service throughout our stay. I would gladly give the staff 5+ stars, even though the condition of the property fell far below expectations."
