It's not upto the mark for which we had expected.
The hotel staff was terrible, the service of the staff is really worst and there is no cleanliness

Nicht zu Empfehlen!
Wir wurden leider vom Buddha Garden Hotel sehr enttäuscht. Nachdem wir das erste uns angebotene Zimmer wegen großflächigem Schimmelbefall abgelehnt haben erhielten wir ein anderes Zimmer. Dort war die Situation aber nicht besser, genau wie in einem weiteren Zimmer, was uns angeboten wurde. Das Personal des Hotels konnte auch nicht verstehen, warum die Situation für uns ein Problem darstellte. Der Schimmelbefall war so massiv, dass man davon Husten bekommen hat. Außerdem tropfte es im Bad bei Regen von der Decke. Des weiteren lebten im Bad diverse Kakerlaken und die Handtücher waren dreckig. Auf unsere Beschwerde hin erhielten wir ein neues, welches etwas weniger dreckig war, Auf Nachfrage wurde uns erklärt, dass das Hotel keine saubereren Handtücher hätte. Also zusammengefasst, man kann sich eigentlich kaum noch ein schlechteres Hotel vorstellen. Da bekommt man für weniger Geld in Kathmandu deutlich bessere Unterkünfte. Trotz unserer offensichtlichen und mehrfach geäußerten Unzufriedenheit wurde uns nichts zur Wiedergutmachung angeboten.

The only comment is the Wifi network in the hotel was found very poor and extremely slow. We found only one wifi router was installed for the whole hotel. So only the room closed to the router was good.

Good Hotel
this is a 3 starss hotel very well located in Thamel area; 5 minutes walking distance of Mandala Street, Darbar marg; dreams garden and natinal palace and 15 minutes walking to Darbar Square. Service is goo;rooms are basic and comfortable. Breakfast is good and all staff are very sympathic and try to help with all your arrangements.
