"Nice size corner room with two windows. Compared with other business hotels it was rather spacious. Really nice breakfast with soup that changed daily and nice to get some toast as well. The 24 hour cafe on the ground floor with wi-fi helped make it a nice place to relax."

"We stayed for 5 nights as our first stop in Japan and it was a great way to start our holiday. The hotel is located on the top 3 floors of the Rakuten building so when you enter you take the elevator to the 30th floor for reception. The hotel location is extremely convenient - 5 minutes from the train station and a giant shopping centre (with the most incredible gourmet food on the basement floor). The hotel itself was impeccably clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Most spoke good English so communication was easy or we just used Google Translate to communicate our requests. The hotel also has a complimentary public bath with segregated rooms for men and women. The baths were nicely designed and very clean, definitely recommend taking advantage of this feature of the hotel. Our favourite part was definitely the view from our room. A few additional details: - there was a kettle and cups in the room but no tea or coffee, however this did not affect our comfort at all as there are so many convenience stores around if you want a drink either early in the morning or late at night - the room comes with 2 pillows only. We asked reception for extra pillows and an extra blanket and they promptly brought them down - no iron in the room but we asked reception and they brought us an iron and ironing board - there is a currency exchange machine at reception as well. The exchange rate is better than you would get at the airport."

"The room was spacious and had a nice organic japanese zen style. However, lighting are not bright enough when I need to look for things in my luggage. It would be nice if it could have an option of dim and bright lights. The onsen was great, not crowded at all, and it came with a nice little complementary treat."

"Wonderful stay. Owners were very nice and accommodating. Located in the middle of a residential area away from a lot of tourists. Two train stations and a bus station nearby so it’s easy to get anywhere. "
