Don't be mistaken - this is NOT a hotel! There is no lobby, only a front desk. I am fortunate to have been the only one checking in. If there was a group before me, there would be no place to wait - there is a small seating area occupied by what I can see are non-guests. The check in was smooth.
When I entered the room, the first thing that hit me was a noisy aircon. Engineering came to fix the noise, but the blower sound remained. Room was of a standard size but spartan. I cannot say that they made a lot of effort to create a "homey" feel.
Called front desk for paracetamol as I was in pain at 6am and they told me that they ran out of it. Could only get it by 8am. Come 8am, no paracetamol, and I had to leave for my meeting in pain. Bought it along the way to my meeting.
There are other properties that charge this price and if customer experience is not high on your list, but location is, then this is one for you. But if you were expecting a hotel, and you come here, you would be sorely disappointed, as I was.
