Convenient with nice staffs
The hotel was super convenient located in the mall. I stayed there for almost 2 weeks. Easy access to get some foods and easy to go anywhere in the city. Staffs were super nice, friendly and helpful. The hotel needs to fix the water shower. It turned cold and hot during shower on its own. Overall iam very satisfied with my stay.

Harris Suites is best for business travelers. It’s strategically located and other nearby malls are within 10-15 minute walk. fX Sudirman is multipurpose and has many restaurants also so one does not really have to go out to eat. My only concern is that Harris Suites should change its towels - they are worn out already.

Harris Suites is located inside the fX Mall. Although a lot of restaurants inside the mall have closed shop, Plaza Senayan and Senayan City Mall are within walking distance. Harris Suites must replace their towels - they are frayed, worn out and do not look white.

I think hotels.com platform ain't communicating well with the hotel.. I cancelled the hotel once and the hotel did not know about it.. luckily they are kind enough to not charge me. Next, I requested for non-smoking room but was given smoking room. Front desk was fast to change my room the next day. Breakfast can be better if I know how to assemble the local dishes. Front desk was friendly, I appreciate their in person service. Location was good for people visiting the convention center. Cleanliness can be improved. Lower levels seems to be cleaner than higher floors.

Management failed to train its staff !!
The hotel made efforts to email asking for pre-arrival preferences which I gladly replied requesting for two rooms with queen bed on same floor at higher level on quiet location. A simple thing I thought, but front desk put one room on 45th and second on 15th next to elevator. What don't they understand or am I not communicated properly? Go figure. I must say they did rectified it and moved the second room to 45th floor after several follow up calls and email to Hotel.com on check in experience. The location is good for my trip purpose and availability of restaurants at the building. Room is clean, but linens are old and worn especially towels. Very basic stuff provided, hotel don't have rack for luggage. Staff has good attitude and polite.

Hotel in mall, convenient for shopping & food
Property is located within a mall. Very convenient for food and shopping, although the mall doesn't open until at least 10am. The room I was provided had a loose shower head, which broke apart with even the slightest attempt to move it. Air conditioning in the room (1211) was also faulty, and it only managed to get cold in the evening when the sun is down. The hotel restaurant is located in the mall "outside" the hotel, so you have to exit the hotel and take the mall lift to the 5th floor. Although food selection is not fantastic, the service in the restaurant is very welcoming - I like! Room amenities are replenished daily. Sufficient power point for business folks' devices but the chair is not so comfortable. WIFI speed is acceptable but at times (evening/night) it is very slow.

Property conveniently located inside mall
Check in was fast. Room is nothing to rave about, but it was big enough to be comfortable. Amenities are replaced daily. Only 1 towel is provided though. 2 small bottles of water are provided and additional are chargeable. Well stocked bar fridge but more economical to get from supermarket in the mall downstairs. Breakfast is served on 5th level inside the mall, which means you have to exit the "hotel" and proceed to the mall lift to get to the 5th level cafe. A little weird but you get used to it after a while. WIFI was not fantastic. At times the speed is acceptable, other times it's rather slow.

Convenient and spacious
I was there for 2 nights attending a friend wedding in Jakarta. My first time visiting the city and to stay at this lovely hotel is indeed a good experience for me. Friendly staff. Shopping mall is in the same building. I feel safe. Clean and spacious room. Wifi connection is good but can be better.. Overall its a good stay for me. Definitely will come back again.

Great views, price, and service, large rooms.
As others noted the hotel is conveniently located on top of a modern shopping mall with cab stand outside to take you around the city. The room I had was large and on the 45th floor with great views through floor to ceiling windows, comfortable bed with multiple pillows, free bottled water everyday, modern finishings, good room service and friendly staff at the front desk. The hotel is well priced and not the Ritz Carlton, keep this in mind and you will enjoy your stay.

Not the usual Harris, it's a suite!
Not including breakfast because the hotel is in the mall, I can understand, but this makes the hotel more expensive compared to other budget hotel with spread buffet breakfast. It would be OK for those business travelers who run-out-of time in the morning.

Convenient location, easy access
First time staying at a Harris hotel. Check-in was fast & reception staff were friendly. Requested for a high floor & was given 45th floor which offered an excellent view of the surrounding areas. Room was comfortable, clean. Location was good, 10min taxi ride to plaza senayan & it was easy to get a taxi each time. There is no room service but you can get a good selection of food in the adjacent shopping mall, including a Ya Kun outlet! Definitely a value-for-money hotel.

This is NOT a hotel
Don't be mistaken - this is NOT a hotel! There is no lobby, only a front desk. I am fortunate to have been the only one checking in. If there was a group before me, there would be no place to wait - there is a small seating area occupied by what I can see are non-guests. The check in was smooth. When I entered the room, the first thing that hit me was a noisy aircon. Engineering came to fix the noise, but the blower sound remained. Room was of a standard size but spartan. I cannot say that they made a lot of effort to create a "homey" feel. Called front desk for paracetamol as I was in pain at 6am and they told me that they ran out of it. Could only get it by 8am. Come 8am, no paracetamol, and I had to leave for my meeting in pain. Bought it along the way to my meeting. There are other properties that charge this price and if customer experience is not high on your list, but location is, then this is one for you. But if you were expecting a hotel, and you come here, you would be sorely disappointed, as I was.

Good price hotel in central location. Clean & big room for 3 star hotel. Linked to small shopping mall with restaurants & shops. Always have cab waiting outside hotel. Helpful & courteous staffs.

A Good Hotel to stay at

Great location & amenities. Everywhere we visited is convenient and nearby. Love how quick we can get to malls and eating places from Harris fx Sudiman despite the heavy traffic!

friendly staff
It wasn't easy to find the hotel with lack of signage, although is in the FX complex but not many taxi driver knew the exact location. Good location with surrounding business and shopping center. The hotel staff are friendly, room were clean. There's no air conditioner in the lift and also in the bathroom.

as the title says... room is ok but nothing great and not really a 4* i found. reception is really bad and un welcoming (not the employees, just the set-up and decoration) corridor noise a bit too loud through door high tower so room usually have nice views

clean cheerful not frills hotel
I chose the hotel because it was walking distance to a conference venue. I liked the fresh new look of the rooms, their cleanliness and very friendly reception staff. Two levels of shops aslo provided everything I needed. It included coffee shops, restaurants, chemist and supermarket. I suited me that there was no breakfast and I got a few small things from the supermarket. I felt very safe as a female single traveller. There were a few issues during my stay: I am not sure what the reason was but there was always quite a wait for the lifts. I was on level 9 and every morning there seem to be some hammering that started before 6 am on some level below mine which was loud enough to wake me up. The third point was that even though the air con was set on 18 degrees, it did not seem to be able to cool the room sufficiently. I heard this from another guest as well.

Nice Hotel.
Very nice. It is attached to a mall, and hence have shopping and eateries nearby. I did not find a room service menu. I was hoping to get a drink or food without the room, but was not able to. Was forced to walk out.

hotel with great location
Great location...right in the center of the city close to any favorite destinations. The hotel is in the mall so it easy for you if you want to grab something to eat, etc. The hotel is okay, the staffs were friendly and helpful. The hotel needs to work on the internet connection

Nice view, secured, comfortable room
Clean and comfortable, what else you want? :) Lift with room key security. only one downside, you don't get food from them, but you get food from shopping mall right below the hotel. I'm out of words... But Expedia website wants me to write more... Overall, this will be one of my favorite hotel in Jakarta, definitely will stay in there for my next visit.
