it wasnt plesant at all service was bad i asked the hotel to arrange a taxi on my departure day and they asked me to go out and get a taxi my self and its not there job to get a taxi in a rude way .. not recommended at all will never lodge again NEVER

The staff were very friendly and helpful and it's a great location with lots going on nearby. The room service option was a lifesaver when I was extremely hungover and all the food was delicious. I got a massage along with a foam wash and it was very enjoyable. Again, the staff were incredibly friendly. In terms of the bad: there was some water damage to the ceiling of my room and the air conditioning was patchy at best. Despite booking two identical rooms, one was noticeably smaller than the other. On our final day there was no water so I could not take a shower before leaving for the airport. Also, if you're coming for the pool, go somewhere else. The pool is tiny. Overall, I'd stay here again if I got a good deal but at full price you might be able to find somewhere with better facilities.

Disappointing
It was really disappointing. It does not match what has been advertised. I was staying executive room which is not at all. Room was not prepared at all.There was no kettle, hairdryer and ironing board. I asked for kettle they brought dusty and dirty one. I realised sheet cover was ripped. I could also hear lift noise all day and night. I told this to reception and they were apologetic. They clean the room and offered me wine and fruits which was nice. But I really would like to get some of my money back but no Hotels.com or hotel itself taking any responsibility as room was not worth what I paid

Location was great for walking to Taksim, Galata, and across the bridge. Breakfasts are uniformly OK. Pera Tulip is old and a bit weary. Hot tub doesn't work, sauna is barely 30C. Fridge almost keeps cold. Price is good for what you get.

Average Hotel Stay
Hotel was comfortable for one night, but the bathroom door did not close and had a large gap facing the toilet, which has been there for a while as the tile is significantly scraped from. We booked the hotel last minute on Hotels.com after inquiring about the price in person. Staff was not to happy about this. We waited 20 minutes while "the system loaded the reservation". Then they gave us a hard time because we had pictures of our passports and not the actual things, even though we provided our foreign ID, & went as far as saying that if they wanted to they can deny us the stay. FYI we stayed in 2 other hotels this week which happen to be nicer then Pera and they gave us absolutely no issue. I personally wont go back here there are better options around the area.

This was our first visit to the hotel and we were quite disappointed; definetly not worth the price we paid for it. The room was not clean, the staff was not friendly. On our first night, we turned off the heater and the room was still extremely hot that we couldnt sleep. When we contacted the reception on the next day, they sent a technician who didnt speak english and tried to convince us that the heater was turned on. After lots of discussion, they finally let us switch rooms. The hotel is quite old and needs a lot of renovation in order to achieve the 4 stars they claim. A filthy smell could suddenly fill the hotel hallways and whenever an upstairs room flushes the toilet, we can hear the water sounds. The only good thing is the location near the metro station. Finally, I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Location was good but only location Hotel room was not up to standard they need to upgrade etc was no carpet down in the rooms Shower was terrible- no where to sit - except the breakfast room - We have booked transfer thrue Expedia - 11 of us 2 family They picked us ok to vitos Return they turned up with smal car and 1 vito Imagine 11 of us 11 suitcase - called them They actually said there is nothing they can do I mean either loose the flight or argue with them Still no win That was really bad bad bad

This hotel is 2 Stars Only as the rooms size was very small with very old furnitures, the hotel is not quite as it is in the center without sound proof walles or windows you will hear the adjusent rooms clearly while the doors of the rooms are closed..thier is no enough space in the lobby for gusts to sit and wait, the bason was blocked, the AC make Sound, its price with breakfast was 160 us$ which is very expensive for such hotel.. I DONT ADVICE YOU TO RENT IT.

the room was dark.when you inform them to move you somewhere else they told everywhere is the same. but this is not true my son room is brighter. they told you the hotel is full which is not true. everyday people keep coming and going. i personally would not go to this hotel again.

Very old and used building, need urgent and general maintenance cleaning is limited and people in reception can be more kind Breakfast is terrible very poor and in not so clean appearance In general except the good location this hotel is with low standars

You can’t imagine how much is disgusting this hotel if you dont see it. I ve been waiting for 3 days to fix the ac and they didnt food is disgusting and the room is like a trash bin.

Hotel is in nice location. Beds comfortable and room clean. But hard to get supplies. When we ran out of toilet paper, had to ask several times. Shower leaked all over bathroom floor. Common areas are very pretty but maintenance upstairs lacking.

This was my worst hotel experience ever! The guestrooms are very very different from the pictures, they are so small and tiny and with no lights. The Ac never works, the personnel staff is no smiley nor friendly. Whenever we ask them for some information they are barley open to help or assist. The breakfast is very poor. The only good point is the location of the hotel, next to the main attractions. Besides that I do not recommend this hotel at nay times is it the worst service ever and the worst rooms I’ve ever seen!

Nasty experience
The front office staff were very hostile coupled with the fact that they cant speak English. Hotel mgt needs to employ multi lingual staff especially at the front office because that is the face of the hotel. Rooms are not tidy enough as well.

Hotel in good location .
We stayed at the Tulip Molton Hotel in Beyoglu, Istanbul for a week the hotel in general was clean but a little on the tired side. We booked a superior room online and our room was certainly not superior. A very small room with very poor lighting. Room is really dark which makes it difficult when getting ready for a night out. Their superior room consist of a double bed plus a single bed which did not make sense and made the room small. Very basic room, nothing fancy at all. The carpet had a few stain marks which looked untidy. The bathroom was very small and had a strong smell of urine. It was not pleasant at all. This hotel is central and close to the metro. Walking distance to the long stretch leading to Taskim Square. Down fall of being so central especially at the weekends are the nightclub playing music till late hours of the morning when you wanting a good night sleep. This was very frustrating. Its not a 4 star for sure. Nothing in the mini bar.

Good location .
Hotel is different after changing name / owners . Half of breakfast offer disappeared . Problem in shower from first day never fixed all my stay despite several requests. Breakfast hall / restaurant staff not friendly at all and they do not offer any help to customers . Most staff do not speak english . No refill of shower gel during my stay time .
