I really enjoyed my stay. Even when language barrier is an issue in Istanbul, the staff knew good conversational English. I was helped throughout. The breakfast was really nice, the options were good. I would just recommend that the fruits should be cut too. But full ones are good too.

Terrible experience at the check in as they forced us to pay extra even-though booking was done through Expedia app and full payment was already made. Can not rely on the hotel as you don’t know what you face or can expect after a very long flight. We will definitely not go back.

The hotel was good, but the only issue was that they charged the full amount in the check in Usually in checkin they get the credit card and charge a deposit only but here they charged the full amount, which means they sxare we run away. Other than this everything else was good Very good breakfast, room, staff, etc. were good

The reception staff are great and friendly, the breakfast is good and the staff helpful - the suite space and services are great and the rooftop is very nice But Housekeeping service was very bad ( dirty coffee cups I found twice on the bathroom sink, not emptying the trash, not putting water, not putting fresh towels, and at the end I couldn't find my phone charger I think it was lost with the old sheets!!!

The comfort and facilities of our stay were good, but in the end, although I had rewarded most of the staff, when I left the hotel, I was behind the wheel. No one came to my wife's aid to carry the luggage. We found out that my wife's jewelry ring had fallen while taking the suitcase out of the hotel, then we quickly returned to the hotel and everything we found could not be found.And I gave the reservation a phone number to let me know if it was possible, but I do not believe they can find it

It’s nice big hotel. But the area is so empty there no close restaurants choice the mall is a 20min walk. The large bed is two bed attached and the blankets are two small ones for one large bed. Cleaning is not bad.the staffs are ok can speak English. It’s nice hotel for someone who is looking for quite place. But was not for us

Not sure if the hotel reflects Turkey and its culture. I totally felt like as if stayed in a hotel in Arab Emirates due to its furnishing, colours and the smell in the rooms. The rooms are very old dated with tired bedrooms, uncomfortable beds, broken chairs, very very old, non-white towels... etc. The surrounding of the hotel has got nowhere to go or walk if you’re bored. But the reception has been really helpful for every request I had. Overall I would not choose the same hotel again. But thanks for the staff’s smiley faces.

the price is good. hotel and rooms are clean. staff are expert and polite. breakfast is good. the only unpleasant subject was our dinner in restaurant. It was cold.
