We liked the location of this hotel and the facilities. The pool and spa overlooking the mountains were a great place to unwind after a busy day!

This is a great hotel with friendly staff. Really accessible for old town and the shopping area. The breakfast is lovely and the pool area is a lively bonus. Great weekend. Also the bar has a great live band on Friday night.

I didn’t stay at this property because they over booked and didn’t have a room for me. It was 8pm at night, on the 30th of December and I’m for certain all the other hotels around the area were booked. The property had booked a room for me at a property near by the said the room was more costly. The new property was old, the room was not clean but we didn’t have a choice. We reached out to Expedia and they could not offer any help. This is the LAST time I use Expedia for any of my travels. I don’t care if I already built a loyalty program with them because it obviously doesn’t have any value, I will start building with another company which will take care of their loyal customers.

The room was very clean and comfortable, although a little warm. Luckily we visited in December and on the 3rd floor so simply cracking a window cooled the room very nicely. When we made our reservation it was clear, either a king bed or two twins, so of course we had two twin beds. The beds are pushed together to make 1 bed, not a big deal and still very comfortable. Plus as my wife and I have been traveling in Prague, Austria and Germany, we find the bed situation to be the norm. We arrived at 11:45 pm but with the reception desk being open 24 hours a day, there again no problems with our check in. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, polite and all had smiles on. (Even at almost midnight for our check in) The pool is absolutely beautiful and when you’re given a robe for the pool at check in how do you go wrong? The included breakfast buffet is probably the best variety, tasting, clean, and comfortable I have enjoyed ever in all our travels. Now understand I live in Nevada, the buffet capital of the world. I was extremely impressed! And once again the staff at breakfast went out of their way to help me find some Tabasco. We did not try the steakhouse in the lobby, but it smelled fantastic. Easy 10 minute walk from the train station and to all the shops. I really don’t have anything bad to say. When we come to Innsbruck again we will definitely stay again.

Lovely Christmas Break
We had asked for 3 single beds but got a single and a double which was not brilliant for two sisters ahd a twenty eight year old son. The bedside light was broken and we let housekeeping know but it still wasnt fixed two says later. Apart from that everything was great, especially breakfast which was excellent and the location.

This was our favorite hotel of our trip- the rooms were luxurious and quiet, and the pool and hot tub were gorgeous, with an amazing view. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff super friendly and helpful. What a nice hotel!

It’s odd to have a restaurant in the hotel but that doesn’t offer any room service or anything like that. Unfriendly restaurant staff rudely told me there’s nothing available when there were clearly options available. Weird.

The hotel was great, good location less than 5 minutes and into the old town and with nice views and there was plenty to choose from for breakfasts and sit inside or outside. Reception staff very helpful and pool area a added bonus for early swim or the spa facilities after 5pm. We got a discount card from the hotel, but unfortunately with only being there 2 nights it didn’t work, but 3 nights or more and you get good discounts off the busses and up the mountain so worth getting as it’s for free.

Nice property with friendly staff. The restaurant was closed so we had to find dinner elsewhere, but mani easily. Parking is in a nearby parking garage that had very cramped spaces.

Top class hotel. Excellent location, right in the heart of the city. Easily walkable to everything and only 10 mins from the train station. The staff were amazing. So helpful and welcoming. The hotel was very spacious and our room was excellent! Very modern. Breakfast was fantastic. Large restaurant with lots and lots of choice. The swimming pool, sauna, steam room and outside hot tub were a particular highlight. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice hotel close to old town and city center. Breakfast was really good. Only issue was parking. We had to use a public garage, but it was very close and ended up being no big deal. Would highly recommend.

Great hotel in a great location
The hotel is in a fabulous location. The spa on the rooftop is fantastic. Only open from 5pm daily though. The room was great and the breakfast was nice. There is a public parking lot available under the hotel which is really convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Short walk to the Golden Roof and Nordkette Cable Car. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect one night stay in Innsbruck
Perfect one night stay in Innsbruck before transferring to ski area Lovely city and hotel is in a super location, 5 mins from the main tourist areas Room was large and extremely comfortable- perfect for a family of 4 Hot tub on the roof was a nice touch and swimming pool lovely too Pizzeria next door was good for dinner and breakfast was basic but nice

One of the four receptionists was particularly nice; the others were brittle. The hotel was quiet, centrally located to transportation to the mountain or a fifteen-minute walk from the train station; shopping was nearby, as was a theater and restaurants. They are very dog friendly, and their breakfast was fabulous. The hotel advertised amenities such as a jacuzzi on the rooftop, a sauna, and a large pool. Their photos gave the impression of luxuriating. This was impossible since not only was the pool small and the jacuzzi tepid at best but the hours were shortened to the exact hours when one would be at dinner or preparing to go to dinner. These amenities were NOT available all day. What is the point of a tepid rooftop jacuzzi in winter in Innsbruck? The purpose for the limited number of hours was in the name of ecology, yet the hotel did not follow a towel reuse policy or give us the option to reuse our towels (which I tried to indicate by hanging them on the rack, but to no avail), or by turning down the hotel heat, which was too high. I did not see recycling containers anywhere to sort our trash. I would have believed they were ecologically minded had I seen this other evidence. So, it was a mixed stay, disappointing in some regards and exceptional in others.

the rooms, staff, breakfast and decor are all very nice but there is massive building work and refurbishment going on at the hotel. so there is no restaurant and the access is very restricted and the work is noisy and starts early. they have done their best to mittigate this but we were not told about this when we booked.
