While I understand they are working in a remodel of the entrance, there’s no excuse for the poor organization and explanation for the arriving guests.
To get to the lobby, you are expected to use a service elevator which quit working sometime during the night. The check-in staff did not offer any parking advice or options, leaving it up to you what to do with your vehicle. They just didn’t care.
Having to use stairs to get from the lobby to the front doors wouldn’t be so bad, except for the grimy hand rails. Also, you can plainly see the escalators which are out of service.
They should have just closed this place for the remodel.
