We were happy with the facility, the staff, and the reasonable price. It's not the most picturesque area (the view out one side is a mobile home park, and out the other side is an abondoned fireworks dealership), but we weren't there for the view.

We walked into our room and it was pure filth. Toothpaste spit still on sink and mirror, used shower cap in shower with shampoo smeared on the shower wall, hair in bed, floors/handles/doors dirty.

My only minor hiccup was the remote controller didn't work. They fixed that problem for me. The service was excellent, the room was neat and clean, and it was very easy to park. I'd definitely go back.

We showed up to check in and the hotel said that our reservations were canceled by a third part presumably hotels.com I never received any information about this till trying to check in I’ve talked to a representative from hotels.com and she said they didn’t cancel, the hotel says they didn’t cancel regardless one of the two or both got paid it was charged to our card I hope this finds someone from hotels.com who can help with refunding our money Thank you

I enjoyed a state at the Country Inn & Suites for an intown staycation. My service was excellent, the room was very comfortable and clean. The free hot breakfast made it easy to get my day started. I will definitely consider this hotel again.

Staff is phenomal! Thankfully they were friendly & helpful because our reservation was lost in a system changeover. Then TV in first room didn't work, so they were accommodating and moved us to another room. Finally, when system locked us out of our roon the next day, staff quickly helped resolve the issue. Renovations are currently taking place.

Dirty rooms with hair from previous guests all around the floor, cockroaches in the bathroom that I had to fight. Staff was nice though and tried to be helpful. The place is old, I got it, I don't understand why it should be dirty as well. The general area looks nice and they have very good breakfast.

Good Experience!
Check in was easy, breakfast was really good, rooms were nice. Only issue we had was that the beds were like laying on a board. Aside from that, the experience was amazing! Could have been great but hard beds made it good!

Wondering if there had been a refresh here in the last few years. I thought Country Inn and Suites was a good "brand", but I thought this location it was excellent! Good value for the money, great location only 18 minutes from center of downtown. Easy in and out off I-465. Very nice lady at the desk.

The hotel was nice. Breakfast was good. Our only complaint was, the shower did not work. It was reported twice. We don't know if its their policy or not, but our room was not cleaned for the four nights we spent there.
