Didn’t even ring our bags in. Looked closed, unlit and looked and smelt tired. Inspected room, also tired and bed beyond its life. Left within 10 minutes and found another hotel. This hotel should be closed.

We stayed here overnight and the rooms were very modern and clean. Service was good and breakfast had a wide choice of foods. The organisation in the breakfast room was excellent.

Absolutely brilliant! Really clean,modern hotel with elegant decor. Polite,helpful staff;comfortable rooms;just off motorway but next to little allotments with goats,hens etc.Walking distance to a few highly recommended restaurants and next door to one that seems very popular.

Fine if you are there for work purposes.

Didn’t know before we went that the hotel seems to cater largely to business people in the area for work. The room was nice but for a twin room only had one chair at the table.

Clean, nice shower and nice staff. The covers were too warm for my taste, I was sweating during sleep even with full AC. Usually in hotels I have seen layered approach where you can remove layers to adjust the warmth. Not a lot of variety in the breakfast .

Our air-conditionning is in heating mode for this season but you can stop it in your room directly. Regarding your comment about breakfast, it is served as a buffet consisting of, in addition to basic products of the continental breakfast, four kinds of cheese, two ham, boiled eggs, fresh fruit, fruit salad, multiple dried fruits and oleaginous, yogurts and cottage cheese, fresh pancakes, apple juice and homemade jams ... we are sorry that this offer seemed incomplete. Very disappointing hotel stay.

Excellent greeting from reception staff. Quick check in. Picture on website of room I booked had an Italian walk in shower but the room had an awful over bath shower. Room booked for 2 people but only 1 chair provided. No fan in room so we needed window open all night and as the hotel is situated on a busy road hence I was awoken very, very early. Priced at 89 Euros the room was nowhere near worth that price. I would neither stay there again or recommend this hotel.

Reasonably priced 4* in Meudon

Nice 4* Hotel which has been refurbished. My room was brand new and comfortable. Price was reasonable taken into account that it was French tennis open. I'll come back.

Comfortable modern hotel

Comfortable, clean, modern hotel with larger than normal rooms. Very attentive helpful staff. Tech business location outside town, but parking and easy drive into town. A very comfortable stay.

Enjoyable

Efficient check in, a very comfortable bed with extra pillows, hot spacious shower, wuiet location on the outskirts of Rennes. It was across the road from a mall with huge supermarche and other stores. Loved the goats and chickens in the adjacent yard!

Decent hotel for car traveler

The hotel is just on side of the road, easy to spot and access. Good parking space. Room size was decent, though not spacious. Room was clean, WiFi is very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was quiet. Though breakfast is not that impressive, so end up we didn't take. But it has a Italian style restaurant just opposite to the hotel, though we didn't try it. It is a relatively new hotel in a fair location, great for the car travelers.

A quick look at Rennes

Hotel was clean and comfortable - especially the bed! Restaurant opposite was good and good value. Located on the edge of town it proved ideal for the next leg of our trip to Mont Saint Michel. Rennes is a major car -maker for Peugot Citroen and there has been a lot development recenlty

Overnight stop at Rennes

Overnight stay while traveling trough Brittany and Normandy. Very modern and clean environment. Breakfast buffet was well stocked and just lacking eggs. Extremely good value!

Within easy reach of Rennes via a regular bus service. Free wifi and car parking were excellent plus points. Room was clean and comfortable but ver lacking in storage space - we stayed for 7 nights. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

quiet calm location

We enjoyed our stay at Brit hotel. It is a short walk from a very large park which has pretty lakes and a nice waterside terrace to enjoy a drink. The young staff were very helpful and spoke good English. The room was clean and modern. We requested a quiet room and our room looked over a paddock behind the hotel which contained four very entertaining geese and a couple of goats. The centre of Rennes is currently a nightmare to negotiate by car as there are lots of roads with roadworks and deviations everywhere- probably best to find a restaurant nearby so that you can find your way back to the hotel. We ate at La Marine, in Place Bretonne in the centre of town, which was recommended by the hotel - the food was great but it took us a long time to wend our way back to the hotel.

New hotel in tip top condition. Shopping centre 200mtrs down and across road. WiFi signal good. Nice breakfast. Lovely staff. Very highly recommend.

Convenient location and well-insulated rooms

Despite being on a main road the hotel is quiet. Beds are very comfortable and the breakfast is very good, particularly the croissants, pain au chocolat & small pastries.However, it is probably more suitable for a 1 or 2 day stay as the rooms are not so large and there is not much space to put clothes. Also, there is no safe. We took the bus into Rennes centre, which is very convenient, with a stop just outside the hotel

great hotel. ideally located from major routes north of Rennes. there is construction work ongoing in the area but this isn't an issue. Service was great, spoke very good english, very helpful. Room service was available from the neighbouring restaurant. plenty of parking, fast wifi etc. Only thing to note is that the restaurant (and room service) is only available during the week.

Amazing rooms - beds comfortable, great shower, very clean and modern. Cannot believe how cheap it was. Free parking, Internet was free. Highly recommended. Ps young guy working on counter in the afternoons was very knowledgable and helpful and spoke English very well. Thanks

Good Hotel, Great Rate

We found this hotel for half what competitors in Rennes were charging. The hotel was easy to find, the room was larger than most European hotels we stayed in. The bed was comfortable. The only hiccup was that the staff made it seem as though breakfast was complimentary, not disclosing that we owed for it until checkout. That said the breakfast was exremely light, even by European standards, and not well stocked. We could have easily had a proper sit down breakfast in Rennes for the toast we had here. Otherwise, very nice. We would stay here again.

Loved this hotel! We stayed in many others that were city center, but this one was on the outskirts with easy access to the freeway. It was new, built for Americans with large rooms and bathrooms and kingsized beds. Walking distance to McDonald's and a small mall with good restaurants that were open in the late afternoon for food as well as drinks. The young man at the desk was especially helpful showing me how to get my ipad to access the internet and email. Great value for the money if you want a little taste of home while in France.

A comfortable and fairly new hotel..

Built 2 years ago, the rooms are very modern, with wonderful walk-in showers, comfortable beds and pillows....a real joy for the low cost!!
