Concerning the parking, now we’re in the peak season, the fully booked parking does not happen only in Hotel Mercure Balmoral but for all hotels in tourist cities . For this reason, we do recommend you to book the Parking before the day of your arrival, ideally should be 2 weeks or 3 weeks before. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. Concerning the room, we are sorry that it's location didn't suit you. Contrary to what you said, we did not have a lot of free rooms and and they were all on the street side. So we couldn't change for a room on the quiet side straight away. Concerning the location, we never claimed to be by the sea or in the historic city center. The geographic location is clearly marked on all booking platforms.
