Location is a big selling point for this Hotel. Amenities, room cleanliness as well as overall sea view, pool access, etc., makes it a brilliant experience.
A few areas where they can make a real difference and increase the experience -
- Check in - Not only this can be smoother than our experience (staff not able to handle basic queries and getting stressed out on minimal room swap requests), it should also tie in with what we had confirmed with Hotels.com. We had booked this 7 months in advance and also requested for all 4 rooms to be on the same floor. Hotels.com as well as Property had assured this will happen. On the check in day, we were told there is no such request and they started shouting.
- Breakfast needs to have vegan / vegetarian options. This was a real bummer as vegetarians or vegans will have a difficult time with limited or no choices at all
