I always prefer to stay at this hotel while in Hyderabad due to its location, size of rooms and fast Wifi. Staffs are very helpful. Special mention of Murali who is always there to help and greet with a smile. Food is also very good along with a prompt room service. Rooms are a bit old and probably needs some renovation as it is housed in an old building

We had no internet in the rooms the time we were there. The rooms need to be painted and new beds and sofas added as they were dirty. Shower grim was horrible.would not stay here again- lobby was clean and food good from both restaurants. These areas were clean and up to date/ they need to do this for the rest of the hotel

Centrally located and immediate access to important places. However, the hotel itself has very poor cross ventilation. There are no windows from the room outside, so the air inside the room and bathroom is stale and dirty. Especially, during the corona times, it is necessary to have rooms that open out into the natural setting.

Hotel rooms an other areas lot of cockroaches were there. We got hair in the food however we didn't complaint about it as lot of crowd was available for food and it would have had bad impact.

Woeful Service.
I got a shock at the time of checking in when the guy at the reception told me that the Hotel has banned meeting any guests in the room. Then they have me a room which was filled with the smell of Cigarette. I got it changed and they shifted me to one with Twin Bed whereas my booking was for one with one large bed. Next day morn at 930am they wanted to know what time i will be checking out as they are running full. This probably is my last stay at this hotel.

This hotel management need to adrees the issue of the rooms and bath rooms cleanliness on urgent basis ! Else , its not worth to stay in such a stinky rooms .....bad Carpets , stinky Bath rooms ..Overall bad experience .

horrible. I extended my stay and 4 times I received a call to ask if I was vacating the room. I stayed for 11 days and majority of the time my dinner order was stuffed up.

The Breakfast had a good spread. Though I booked a room with a king size bed, they initially gave me a room with twin bed and then when asked, they changed for me. The room given was very spacious. The toilets could be cleaner. Wifi was good enough. The room service personnel could do with a bit of training.

so-so stay. hotel in general has not been maintained well; you can smell and see it in the hallways and rooms. bed is comfortable, but shower area is an entirely different story. Housekeeping and service staff however are the best, would always greet with a smile and even try to go beyond the extra mile; I hope though that reception staff be that warm too, especially since they are the ones facing clients right when you enter the hotel! This was not the first time I stayed here, but I kinda hoped that it would've improved after my first stay and feedback I have provided, alongside other colleagues who stayed there.

Nice business class hotel
This is a nice hotel for the Budget conscious traveller. Rooms are neat and clean. Staff is courteous and helpful. Good onsite restaurants with decent food options. Overall- good value for money.
