Typical cookie cutter Hotel, Breakfast was good. I don't care for new internet TV. Could not find local stations. Also had to reconnect to internet every day. Hotel was clean, has a Hot Tub, but wasn't heated. I would stay again.

I had problems with my stay, I asked for a ground floor because my son has autism and takes medicine, they told me there was none, later the reception came to my room to tell me that others were complaining and I then asked for my cancellation if people couldn't understand

We were 5 people in the room and only 3 towels when you ask for more we cant give more then 3 so take a shower then we change the dirty towel for new so we have to keep going up and down plus on the app said sleep 7 people it wont even sleep 5 people its only 2 queen beds and a sofa bed plus the room have a smells in it not happy

Room smelled so bad
The room given was smoking and it smelled so bad and my family got sick and had to change the room. Even with that room it smelled bad from AC unit. On top of the big disappointment was no hot breakfast, which I understand it wasn’t available due to Christmas Eve. However while booking it should have notified me, so I would have prepared better

Run is all I can say! The beds are not queen beds and are like sleeping on a rock. Everything there is cheap down to the breakfast and coffee creamer. The staff was the only nice thing I can say about the place. They didn’t open the pool until 530 on a weekend and the people at the pool partying wasn’t even staying there. Location is the worst as well

This was the worst exyI have ever had. The room was dirty and disgusting. This hotel property is next to a major highway and located near a gas plant and big rigs are picking up and leaving all night long. If you are looking for a clean and quiet place this is not for you.
This chair has fake leather and it’s pealing . Not able to be used at all.
Everything was dusty and dirty.
This chair is also extremely dirty.
The furniture is old dirty and needs replacement.
