I was very disappointed, and upset with my stay on January 31st. Firstly. when I arrived I was told I would have to pay cash for my room because the credit card machine was down; even though I had already paid for it on Expedia. After she got me checked in, I was given a room that had not been cleaned. When I told her about it, she gave me another room, but proceeded to rant about how she was working six days a week, and how it it wasn't her job to clean the rooms. Once I was given another room, I went to bed because I had leave early in the morning. Around 8:30 pm another group of guests became very noisy- laughing, yelling, and a barking/whining dog. I went to the front desk (different Lady) and told her about it, because the phone in my room was not working, and she said she would talk to them. 30 minutes later, they were even louder. I went back to the front desk, and she told me there was no one in the room next to mine, and that it must be a T.V. turned on in one of the other rooms, even though the voices were clearly coming from outside and there were doors slamming repeatedly. By 10:30 I had had enough. I packed my stuff, went to the front desk and threw the key on the counter, since she had money laying out counting it, and told her to check me out. I then left the facility, not waiting for a receipt, and drove home. Overall it was a very poor experience, and the staff were very unprofessional.
