It was clean and extremely comfortable. All the equipment such as fridge and microwave were clean and like new. A great and placent stay, thank you.

The area was very dangerous, the room had no working smoke detectors, the room reeked of marajuana. Terrible place. We left same day we checked in and now they are fighting my refund.

The staff was great. The room appeared clean until I walked on the floor (no carpet) and the bottom of my feet turned black.

I liked the location. However, the cleanliness was very much non existent. There was hair all in the bed. I went to Ross and bought my own sheets. The couch was stained and there were chip bags, crumbs, an d old chewed gum in the pull out couch.

I alwsy stay here when im in houston, however this time the tv didnt work, and they didnt provide me with plastic cups. They usually give you 2 small 8 ounce cups wrapped in plastic, this time = NO cups. And did i mention the tv didnt work . Im so upset right now im debating in my mind if i will ever go back.

They didn’t change the sheets just fixed the both beds hairs all over the both beds stains on sheets ,dirty toilet and bath tub funny moldy smell thick dust top of head boards and the hanging light fixtures ,beer caps on the night stand from previous customers sauce stains on the acs both acs full of dust ,,i had to go to the target a couple blocks down buy cleaning products and disinfectant sprays ..which is a shame because if the room was well maintained I would off gave it a 10/10 nice decoration and room lay out very spacious two tvs a separate living room area just very dirty and if you get the rooms next to the gun range you will hear the shots ,I was in room 125..

Room was dirty (hair on the floor, bathroom counter, and towels, stains on the sheets), no room service for the entire duration of the stay, faulty smoke detectors constantly chirping (in multiple rooms), the door to my initial room did not latch properly in the frame and pops open if you push on it

The place is a dump. Everything is really cheap. You can see through the towels. No comforter on the bed. One sheet covered with another intended to look like a comforter but is really another sheet with texture.

Fairly sketchy area, there is a reason there are so many security cameras which is the first thing you see when you walk in the lobby. Pool is cemented over. Room looked very clean but the bottom of my feet told a different story.

It was okay
Stayed at Signature Inn recently. Pros: Loved the updated rooms with modern amenities like vessel sinks, LED lighted mirrors, and ample outlets. However, the exterior is worn and lacks visual appeal. Location isn’t exactly Galleria, closer to the beltway than 610. Just so you know, no pool, but plenty of security cameras for peace of mind. Overall, it was a decent stay, not top of my rebooking list but not a bad experience either.

Renovations are incredible. Room was very nice, clean, However, There is no outdoor seating, which they need . It’s a sketchy area of Houston. Not close to Galleria and should not advertise it is. It’s an area know for crime, drugs, etc..

Decor was very modern and nice. However, I would suggest have w drink glasses and better towels, iron and winter blanket folded up and coffee maker with coffee - keurig with pods, sugar, stirrers, creamer. Cute fridge and microwave and beautiful mirrors and comfy beds. Would add pots of cacti variations where pool was. Have 'do not disturb and reverse clean up' signs for every door/room. Have a vending machine to buy drinks or snacks.

I like that the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I didn't like that when I walked in the room floor. My feet were black from the dirt. Possibly due to the fact that is not mopped often.
