Got there early and asked to check in early. The lady at the desk said it’ll be ready at 3. I come back at 3:30 and was told our room still wasn’t ready. Elevators didn’t seem safe. Breakfast is not included. Parking garage has no stairs or elevators. Digital key didn’t work. They gave us a connecting room so we were forced to listen to a party of little girls screaming and popping balloons all night. Just not a good experience. Wouldn’t stay at this location again.

Our outdoor pool is the largest in the Houston Galleria area and boasts an expansive deck for relaxing and sunbathing. Should you wish to sample our gym on your next visit, this may be found on the third floor. Laundry and dry cleaning services are also available, as well as copying and printing. We would like nothing more than to win your heart in full, as we have for so many other guests, and we hope to be given the opportunity to do so in the future. Tamyra was SUPERB!!! She made our party feel like we were the first guest to ever stay at the hotel!!! She was very knowledgeable about the festivities in Houston, the restaurants, the attractions and provided us QUALITY SERVICE!!!

Stayed 2 nights. Enjoyed our stay. We didnt experience anything posted from the negative reviews. The only negative we had was at check in. Check in is at 4 we were already running late got there a little past 5 and the room wasnt ready yet but they rectify it. If parking suggest valet highly the cost is not mich different. I didn't get or remember any names but the front desk people we dealt with were on point and all attendees at valet were nice and they were quick with my vechile.

I love the property and venue. The front desk clerks were nothing short of OUTSTANDING! I can’t remember our check in clerk name but she’s from LA, and the check out clerk Ms. Tamyr were the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS I’ve seen in a long while. KEEP OF THE AWESOME WORK! They were breaths of FRESH AIR with everything else going on in the world. 1 complaint- I ordered mashed potatoes for room service due to having dental work done - the clerk told me it will be up to our room, but they NEVER CAME!

I was not able to make my trip and stay here as I came down w/ Covid the week before and tried to cancel. The DoubleTree would not allow me to cancel and charge me for a room I never stayed in. I will NEVER stay in a Hilton property again.

The hotel was in an ideal location that was central and safe. Lobby was nice. Rooms need updating and smelled musky. Staff was not terribly helpful in recommending restaurants that were not in immediate vicinity. I was put off when the front desk tried to charge us an additional “early check in fee” of $50 which they reluctantly agreed to waive. Breakfast buffet was expensive for the quality. A fine hotel but nothing to rave about.
