This was gross. The room smelled like an old moldy bathroom and hint of cigarette. There was a water damage hole on the bathroom ceiling. The bedding smelled musty. The hallway and elevator looked like it never gets cleaned. So disappointed. Not worth the rating on Expedia.

I’m sorry the hotel did not meet your expectations. I would love to hear what hotel conditions you are referring to as we currently have the most renovated rooms in the area at a fair price with a free full deluxe breakfast and free WiFi.

I asked not to be placed near the elevator because it can be rather noisy. We were placed by the workout room and it was more noisy. All the doors seem to slam shut. Their breakfast was good. Loved the Texas shaped waffles.

Super convenient to Houston Hobby airport with a free shuttle that runs on the 1/2 hour. It worked well when I got stranded in Houston due to a delayed flight.

We arrived at 10:00 am and couldn't check in until 3PM. We waited 5 hours to check in. For a man of 90 years old and a woman 86 years old, that wait just about killed us. Otherwise it was great.

The property is by the road, so if you like quietness at night, cars passing could be bothersome and the rooms are not sound proof as we could hear every conversation going on in the other room, so I am sure they could hear us also.

This is a very nice clean property. The staff was friendly and outgoing. There AM desk clerk was very very nice. The breakfast was descent. Will stay at this property again. So roomy.

Everything was great. Its super close and convenient to the airport. Literally 3 minutes to the airport. Only issue I had was that there were tons of mosquitoes surrounding the grounds of the property for some reason. Everytime I got out of my car, I had to watch my step on my way to the hotel from the parking. They are HUGE! But once inside it was great. My shower was a bit rusty though. Everything else in the room was fine.

The lady at the front desk was the only unfriendly person we met in the state of Texas. We arrived early and thought we could get a room since Expedia showed we had early check-in, but the lady at the front desk said we do not have early check-in. We would’ve had to wait five hours before being able to check in. Finally ended up paying an additional $50 just to check in early. The furniture is so old and outdated that it makes the entire room feel dirty. No eating places within walking distance. Save your time and money and just stay somewhere else.

I’m sorry the hotel did not meet your expectations. Our check in time is 3:00pm and we do our best to allow free check in after 12 noon if rooms are available. Anything earlier does require an early check in fee. I ask that you please read the third party websites carefully as we do not have control over what is published on their sites.
