As you walk in it was SOO cold instantly frozen the front desk was unattended called the number they put on the paper. they sent some guy out that was ONLY worried about WiFi doors was chained up 12 minutes of standing n waiting still didn't receive help or any info about the room I prepaid for

What a dump I should have read the reviews. Lobby was cold no heat no one was at the desk. I had to find someone to check our reservation. I pre registered so they had my credit card on file. Was close to Bush Gardens and they had a special New Years celebration at the park. Everything told me to get out but I knew I would lose my 62.00. Will really look at reviews from now on. The sheets were clean but hotel was dirty and we fould a water bottle under the bed. Awful

This place was A nightmare! The building is not heated. It was freezing cold. They don't service the rooms. When you call to ask for towels, they give you an attitude about it. Day one, the water came out BLACK before it cleared up. Day two, I tried to shower, and they had just cut the water OFF! That was the last straw. We left, got a room in a different hotel and demanded a refund. They IGNORED the demand or a refund. So, basically, they just stole our money. DO NOT STAY HERE! This place is RIDICULOUS!

Pool closed. No bfast. No air conditioning in halls. Room was never cleaned or towels replaced. Ceiling leaking in hall near elevator. Mold in pictures on room wall. Water stains and holes from water leaks on ceiling in room. Pillows flat like pancakes.

Well, don't go by the pix on this website. It is like it's abandoned. It's spooky. No one at desk, call a number and a maintenance man comes out of nowhere. He was an really nice guy. The room was clean but that's it. It was deserted... I think there were homeless people there

The hotel was very clean and the decor is very modern. The room is spacious. The cleanliness of the room was good, had a comfortable mattress and bathroom was nice as well.

Hallways dirty and no heat. Elevator was scary at best. First room was filthy and the door wouldn't shut(had to switch rooms). Breakfast was ridiculously lacking bread, bagels & cereal. Restaurant closed. Nobody working at the front desk at any point of our stay. One of the worst places I have ever stayed.

Dont let the other reviews scare you. Not all bad
Overall nice 2 night stay for the price. Our room and bathroom were clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly. EmPloyees do not stay at the front desk so you have to call to get someone to check in. This also was a little alarming as anyone could walk in off the street and have access to the hallways and rooms. Hallways and common areas a little unkept and dirty. Nothing too major. Hallways and common areas were very cold. Room was chilly upon entering, but the heat worked great and was warm quickly. The only thing that was a major disappointment for us was the indoor pool is closed in the winter because it is not heated. Would have been nice to know this ahead of time as the pool was the biggest reason we booked this hotel. I had 2 devastated children when we learned at check in that it was closed. The game room was also closed. There was no breakfast either morning we were there which was also kind of disappointing. I’m assuming it was due to the very low occupancy of the place at the time. I would probably wouldn’t stay here again only because of the pool situation. My kids always look forward to swimming when we go out of town so this made their stay a little more boring. If the pool had been working I would definitely come back for the price we paid.

I went to check in. It was nobody at the front desk. It had a number to call. I called the number. I said the front desk attendant. Was cleaning a room. When I finally got checked in I laid on the bed and notice under the pillow was blood stains. I called front desk.

No front desk support, fire alarm when off 2 nights in a row, hall was cold, had 4 door keys before one would finally work. Breakfast was only on the weekends but was very basic. No ice or vending machines, no hotel shuttle and the owner was a joke and would not answer the when called 12 times in a row and said that no one tried to call her. I would run as fast as you can as stay at another hotel. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I travel a lot.

It’s all about charge extra for anything. We have two rooms reservation and we arrived early and the rooms were ready but they want to charge us $25 just for check in early and all what we need it just 20 minutes to change and go to Busch garden, and of course they said no even after I spoke to the manager, she said we have to pay the $25 even for a very short time. I never had any experience like this before at any hotel and I do travel a lot.

Disgusted.
The hotel is run down. The first room had a hole in the ceiling of the shower. The heater either worked full blast or not at all. We smelled smoke and there was loud music. Manager kept making excuses for everything. He put us in another room. That rooms heater fan didn’t work. The hot water didn’t work unless you let it run for a half an hour. When we left my husband couldn’t take a shower because it took to long to heat up. Received excuses for that but my husband works in hvac and plumbing industry and it doesn’t work that way. Went to checkout Ceiling tiles were down Went to check out and there was no one there. Filed a complaint with hotels.com they contacted The hotel and once again more excuses. The manager was suppose to call us and never received a return call. Other people in the lobby were also disappointed. We are thoroughly disgusted with the treatment and no accountability that the hotel has for their guests.

Price was cheap when we booked so didn’t expect a lot, staff at check in was very nice, hall ways extremely cold, floor in elevator was very dirty, heat in room was off and room was cold, temperature outside was 30 degs, took probably 4 hours for room to warm up. Room appeared to be clean, for the price we would probably stay again.

This is a seasonal hotel that shuts down there restaurant, indoor pool, and game room after Labor Day. The website does not disclose this information and it was very disappointing learning we wouldn’t have these accommodations until check in. The only reason we booked this room is for the indoor pool. Breakfast offered stale bagels, un ripened fruits, and cereal. I Do not recommend this hotel during the winter months and encourage management to update your website to accurately reflect onsite accommodations as you close and reopen them for guests.
