“Typical budget no frills hotel.”

Typical 2/3 star budget hotel. Friendly & helpful staff. Food prices in restaurant very reasonable. Very slow Wi-Fi in hotel. Situated in an awful area but it is typical in India. Clean room + toiletries with flat screen TV.

The staff was very courteous. The service was prompt. The breakfast was delicious. The restaurant was clean and well arranged.

I used the Hotel on my way to and from Kerala (I travelled with an India friend who works in turism in India as I do in Spain.)I have given a 4 to the condition and maintenance but because the hotel is undergoing extensive reformation and whilst the staff did eveything to minimise the inconvenience I was glad we only spent 3 nights in total at the Hotel.I would not hesitate to go back for a longer stay once all the work is completed.Food in the restaurant was excellent as long as you like the local food. and breakfast perfectly adequate.Reception staff especialy friendly and helpful.Bathrooms need updating but assume this is planned in the reforms.However there was loads of hot water at all times and they were clean.I am used to the general caos surrounding Indian city Hotels unless you are prepared to pay for a 5 star Hotel. This does not bother me but I can undertand it may come as a shock to some travellers but this Hoel is by far the best in this price range.

A very comfortable hotel and very good value for Delhi. I was upgraded to an executive room which was extremely comfortable. Great staff and enjoyable breakfast. Recommended.

Great ontime, free pick up from Airport. After driving through the streets of Delhi's heat it was great to be greeted by welcoming helpful staff and cool ac! The room was nice and clean with modern facilities. Tasty room service food. A good value hotel I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Delhi.

very busy area,lots of markets,main day is monday.saterlite tv system needs upgrading.a spa would be good after a busy day at work and markets.breakfast selection could be improved alot.think this hotel very good at this rate.

Great hotel and great staff - area is around 3km from connaught but metro is a 5 minute walk away.

“Good value hotel”

Excellent value for Delhi. Close proximity to Metro a plus. Although in a market area, my room was quiet. Efficient pick-up from airport despite plane being late included in price - as was a satisfactory breakfast.

Good location for shopping in Karol Baag. It was good service for our stay. Had no problems.

Very good value and service levels. I did have one problem with my room, and was immediately offered a new one within minutes. (Can't ask for much more than that).
