Great hotel but poor accessibility
We loved the hotel, but I was almost charged for a pet cleaning fee for my service dog despite my reservation saying that they do not charge for service dogs. I had to show my reservation to the person in the front desk to prove what I was saying. Apparently the manager is considering charging for service dogs in the future, which is a major issue considering accessibility.

Nice Hotel
I have stayed at this hotel a few times and it is a nice place to stay. The rooms are generally clean. Small but understandable criticism is they do not have air-con or balconies. No normally an issue in DK but it was 30c when I stayed.

A very quiet hotel with no restaurant or other shops near by. There is no electrical kettle or any kind of beverages in the room. There is no gym either. Totally isolate from outside world once you check into the hotel.

Thank you for your review. We do offer minibar and coffe/tea sets in our superior rooms, and complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby the whole day. A gym is being planned, so in the meantime the nature surroundings are ready for your outdoor activities… In 5 minutes by car you are in the nearest shopping mall. We are happy to guide you next time!

Great find for my business travel
Wonderful, calm setting, very peaceful sleep. Restaurant service amd food excellent. Room comfortable and lovely to have outside space. Would be great if reception answered the phone - room service meant a walk to reception and back to order in person. Some elements of bedroom a bit tired ... chair material had some worrying stains and lack of tea/ coffee options in room a shame however great coffee in reception from early. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay!
The hotel was amazing. The staff was very helpful. The restaurant food was great for breakfast and dinner. We will definitely use Comwell Holte again!

Marvelous stay at Comwell
The Comwell Holte staff was brilliant, and the restaurant was marvelous too. The breakfast was phenomenal with large choice and all freshly served. The location is a short trip north of Copenhagen and offers great options for nature walks close by.

Great hotel, fantastic breakfast, no air condition
This is a beautiful and stylish hotel, with a fantastic breakfast buffet and great restaurant. It does not have air conditioning, though, and we were there in the summer, so the whole place was a bit hot. Otherwise excellent.

Very nice property away from the city. Nice and quiet. Not a problem for me but no elevator for those with mobility issues. Room very warm and stuffy probably due to the hot summer they are having.

Great Place to Stay
Such a great hotel. We stayed there while away with a group of exchange students. The staff was very helpful. The rooms were great, and the breakfast each day was beyond what we expected.

Quiet out of town
Chose it for proximity to son's home on outskirts of Copenhagen so out of town location required. Modern, lovely spacious surroundings and grounds. Although large hotel rooms very quiet and private. Staff exceptional. Can't fault it.

Shame about the phone system
Nice (business) hotel miles from civilisation. Ample free parking and friendly staff. UNPLUG YOUR PHONE - we were woken on 2 consecutive mornings at 05:30 with a wake-up call (also got a taxi call at 06:30) intended for another room. Staff unable to rectify the problem as no management or technical staff available!
