"The hotel front desk gentleman was very kind, informational, and professional. The bell boy, on the other hand, seemed completely annoyed to do anything, did not help us treck all of our luggage across cobbled city streets to where our actual hotel room was, and then let us struggle in the building getting our luggage into the tiny elevator and into the room. The room itself was clean and spacious, very modern and eclectic. The shower doesn't drain properly, though. The AC was great- but the fridges were warm. The breakfast was fantastic, as was our check out. I would recommend the hotel find a new luggage attendant because the one they have isn't actually doing anything. "

"The room was more spacious then we expected. Washroom a great size, not a fan of the glass wall in the shower. A curtain or longer barrier would be preferred as the shower just sprayed in to main area of the washroom, so unessarily wasting a large bath towel on the floor that just got soaked. The restaurant was a great option for dinner, prompt and helpful suggestions. Catered well for gluten and dairy options at dinner. Overall a good option."
