Great staff, great location but the rooms themselves are maybe a little dated and in need of an update.

Liked the location, convenient for transport and restaurants. It provided everything a traveller needs. Room is tiny- bed takes up 90% of floor space. Breakfast finished at 9am which seems a bit early.

It was very close to the train station, the room was clean, and all the amenities were available including washer and dryer. We enjoyed the free breakfast buffet.

The rooms are tiny. Two people cannot even walk passed each other. We had to book a smoking room because it was the only one left. I was under the impression it meant you can smoke on the balcony or smoking area, but it was inside the actual room therefore the room absolutely stunk of cigarettes. The bed is way too hard and pillows sunk in. I’d wake up in the middle of the night with a flat pillow. Had a really bad neck and back for the entire stay because of it. Free breakfast was ok. It’s free so can’t complain. Free laundry service is great. Great for local businessmen, but definitely not for holiday goers.

Not outstanding, but does the job.
Handy location near train station. The room was clean and tidy (as you would expect!). Small. Very cramped for two people, but fine for sleeping in. Has an old and used feeling to the hotel.

Close to Hiroshima Station
I picked this hotel because it was near the Hiroshima Station. I did not want to stay near the Peace Park as dragging your luggage on the street cars is discouraged. The hotel is relatively new. Staff was helpful to store our luggage until the 15:00 check in time. The breakfast is listed as continental but they had everything a normal buffet breakfast has. There is even a soda machine and soup machine that you can access 24 hours a day. I microwave is available too. Rooms were clean and the air conditioning is independent, meaning you control the temperature in each room. Some hotels have a central system that they do not turn on until it gets hot or cold.

Excellent buffet breakfast. Excellent staff. Free drinks and soup throughout day. Has it’s own public bath with sauna. Excellent location. Excellent housekeeping. I can’t fault this hotel, for the price it’s excellent.

It is close to Hiroshima JR Station
It is close to Hiroshima JR Station. It is within a 5 minute walk with luggage. Leave the east exit, pass by the Sheraton Hotel and keep walking along the main road. When you see a small children's playground, you can find the hotel next to it. The hotel looks like a residential building because the corridors are in an open area. The bathroom has no heater so it felt cold when I used it. The breakfast was basic but you can have bread, eggs, soup, coffee and tea.

First visit to Hiroshima
I was delighted to discover, when I arrived in Hiroshima, that the hotel was only 5 minutes walk from the Central Station. This meant it was easy to access not only the trains, but also the three alternative "loop" buses available for tourists in Hiroshima. There was also a good range of reasonably priced restaurants close to the hotel. The hotel itself was very good, with rooms that were a reasonable size, given that Japanese hotel rooms are often very compact. Breakfast was buffet style, with a reasonable selection, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom facilities good.

Standard business hotel including buffet breakfast. Shower was not over bathtub and was larger than usual. Bed was comfortable and location was close to Hiroshima station only that it was behind so walking to city added an extra 10 minutes.

Convenient location, good for a few nights
Stayed here for 2 nights. Very convenient location close to the station, staff were friendly, free breakfast was good. Rooms are very small but comfortable for a few nights and very clean! Plenty of amenities. We didn't bother unpacking here, so our bags weren't really in the way, but it is a small room so be aware of that if you need space to move & unpack.

My wife and I had a good one night's stay here when we visited Hiroshima. It was a convenient location and good quality. Not a luxurious stay, but great value for money.

This hotel is in a great location, very close to the main Hiroshima train station and a good walk from Hiroshima Castle. The room was great and the bed was bigger than most hotel stayed in Japan. I love that they provided a jinbei pajama set that I actually wanted to take home but sadly was not allowed, lol. They hotel service was great and the breakfast buffet was a small selection but had a few good options. I would definitely come back to Hiroshima again and to this hotel.

Hotel is 5 minutes from Station and street cars so fairly convenient. King size bed which was good but hard against wall which made getting out for the person against the wall difficult when other person still in bed. It is a small room so little room for storage or anything else because of the bed size so everything had to be done whilst sitting on the bed. Superfluous small sink in bedroom for filling up kettle but would have been better with more shelf room. Free Coffee and soup all day in reception area and free WiFi in bedroom.

Only 5 minutes walk from the North exit Hiroshima station. We stayed for 2 nights with 1 day excursion to Himeji castle and another day to Miyajima. It was great to be close to the station. The room was tiny, but it'she expected in Japan. I didn't buy breakfast at the booking time, but it turned out that it came free to all guests. The breakfast food was normal Japanese food, but I don'take complain when it'she free! A nice touch was 24 Hour coffee and soft drink service at the lobby. We get coffee every time we passed the lobby. The lobby breakfast area was small and tight. That would be my only complaint here, but a minor one.

Good location if you need to be close to Hiroshima station and if you're there for a short stay. Would suit people travelling for business more than guests on holiday. Breakfast is basic but decent. Breakfast ladies were very nice and helpful. Receptionists were nice overall, but one of them was extremely rude. I had read very opposite opinions on the customer service before booking a room in that hotel so I suppose it depends on what receptionist you speak to.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at in Japan. The room and shower are great. The bed is comfortable and there is enough space in the room. The breakfast was good and there was a lot of options. The hotel also provides free soft drinks and coffee all day. You can wash your clothes for free as well. The hotel is located 5 minutes away from the JR station, which was very convenient. Great value for your money, I highly recommend staying at this hotel.
