At check in a child was at the front desk and had to run to get the employee to check me in. I asked for additional towels and requested no service and was questioned for the reasons. The towels were very rough and the towel for the floor when you get out of the shower was stained.

They charged me a $200 deposit for a registered service animal. They said they had free breakfast which was joke it was stale Frosted Flakes with warm milk and twinkies and ding dongs in a mini fridge. The rooms were disgusting, floor boards were ripped up Holmans satins on bedding. Door to bathroom would even close past toilet with out aggressive force. Tv remote was broken and taped together. There was a huge hole under the kitchen sink by plumbing.

It’ll do
It was clean and quiet when I stayed here. The staff was nice and the location is really convenient. Right off the interstate with a couple food options near. They offered breakfast but it wasn’t anything great. Something better than nothing though

This is a budget hotel. The room was clean and large. The staff very helpful. Things that could be improved: -Two comfortable chair and a table would be nice. The room only had one office chair at the desk. - The breakfast items were very limited. Add a few more choices and have cold water available.

This hotel was okay for our one night stay. We went to Tunica casinos from here and the drive was under a half hour and decent. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The door seemed a bit janky as far as being secure. There was a gap on the side where you could see light from outside coming through. It makes me think of what bugs might come in through that, although I saw none. For New Years Eve, it was very quiet in the room. You can pull your car right up to the door which is nice. The breakfast area seemed very small, and the juice machine was out of order when we checked in, so we did not bother to see what might be there in the morning. The man who checked us in was nice and efficient. It did take quite awhile for the shower to get hot water running, but it eventually warmed up after a minute. There were 2 shampoos and no conditioner, but could just be an error. It was ok for what we needed but not outstanding.

Staff at desk not friendly. We had reservation for 3 adults in a double room. Room only had towels/bath set for 2 people. When I went to front desk to request a third, was told I’d have to bring the two used sets before I could get a third. (I’m not housekeeping and not going to go get our dirty laundry and tote it from upstairs on back side to downstairs on front). I clarified that my reservation was for 3 adults and I require the room and necessities to be for 3 adults. I finally received a bath set. Property was run down. We will not stay here again. For the same price ($100 A night), we were able to stay at a much nicer hotel the rest of the weekend….and one that had continental breakfast. This motel has nothing.

It was ok, except for housekeeping knocking on my door at 8:30. Then back at 9:00 I hollered to let them know I was still in my room, then they unlocked my door but the latch was on it. I called the front desk to let them know that they need “do not disturb” hangers for their doors. Other than that, my stay was pleasant.

I reserved 4 rooms here. My room I had holes in one of the bath towels. Sunday morning the housekeeping man looked in the window of a room. Then at 9:00 am housekeeping knocked to clean the room. We are checking out at 11. Then I go to my car the man asked are you checking out. I told him we were still getting dressed. 5 minutes later he is coming in my room with his key peeking in the door. Really…. I have never experienced this at any hotel. I just told him we were still getting dressed. 11:00 is check out time. I really felt violated, and rushed out.

There is nothing to like or dislike about this hotel. It's a place to sleep and change clothes. They SERIOUSLY NEED TO INVEST IN TOWELS. THEY WERE ROUGH AND DINGY. Some of them were pool towels.

Great Stay
Great place to stay, room was updated, clean and comfortable and affordable. Staff was nice, courteous and polite. Great customer service and great customer service and communication. Location is perfect by the interstate, yet quiet and lots of restaurants nearby.
