Very clean and tidy. Lovely pool and spa on a hot day, towells provided. Easy walk into town for a vast array of eateries.

Booked through Expedia online and paid through Debit card online before arrival. Upon arrival was told we needed a Credit card (was not stated online) Another customer before was told the same thing but was let off with his debit card as he told them he did not have a credit card on him (he was very polite and acknowledged us) As we went to check in we were told we cannot use our debit card and that we will need to pay a bond of 300 to stay (also was not mentioned on the online site) the lady ended up giving us a key and we went to our rooms only to have her knock on the door 5 mins later telling us we cannot stay and giving our money back and were told to leave. Other than that the room was beautiful unfortunately we could not experience the full stay.

Kitchen floor sticky and dirty, feet were black after walking on it. Unit noisy, could hear the people in the upstairs walking until late in the evening. Upstairs shower ver noisy in our downstairs unit.

Was a great and enjoyable stay for what we paid for. Not sure if all the other rooms are like ours but just as a recommendation to the hotel if they reposition where the tv is, customers would not get a sore neck/head whilst watching.

The bed was comfortable and it was quiet. We were charged $190 a night. No hairdryer, curtain needs fixing, mould in bathroom shower, bathroom door Jammed, no sharp knife, outside area was dirty and neglected. Maximum cost should have been around $130/night.

The room was very nice. Only one thought - the blue blanket on the double bed needs washing. There was a food (??) mark on the underside that was a little gross.

Average looking property with awesome staff and features provided. Few things I noticed, the hot water equipment installed in shower was too complicated to setup even after following the instructions. Swimming pool wasn't cleaned regularly during the day, had lots of dirt and hairs floating around. The single bed provided in twin room 11 was very soft and not comfortable at all. Good clean linen and towels provided.

Clean and friendly staff. Did not like slippery tiles in bathroom and kitchen area. Small sign hidden in cubby hole to say there were slip mats available at reception i know you cant please everyone, but it is a health & safety issue. My granddaughter slipped on tiles in bathroom when having a shower. Other than that, shower was great and had a restful night we loved the spa and pool area also Thank you

Overall good value for money - the apartment was clean with all the facilities you’d need when passing through or for a short stay. Great location and will definitely use it again.

Cancelled my accommodation at this place as they weren't happy about staying up late for me to arrive even tho it says on there website that if arriving late please ring and arrange let in. I had to find accommodation somewhere else.

You booked your room at 9.30pm & then called to check in at midnight? Sorry we are not on 24/7 call for you. we close at 9pm- late check in is arranged before closing time not afterwards.
