Staff extremely polite and helpful. Don’t realize how close to airport runway/taxi way during booking but could not hear planes from room. Updated, modern and clean. Pool on the small side but kids still enjoyed.

Great place to stay near airport. Rooms are sizable and it is easy to park. Breakfast is good too. Very convenient for flying. Nice staff :)

They used to have a nice, full breakfast...but now that's gone. Jimmy Dean sandwiches every day. The hotel is pretty clean and comfortable. The staff was ok, not very pleasant to talk to but helped out whenever needed. I've been staying here for years for business and I've just seen it slowly declining over the years, unfortunately.

I booked this hotel for the weekend so my kids can go swimming when we checked in. Nobody told us that the hotel Spoo was out of service when I questioned it they told me that I can go two blocks down the road and use a different hotels pool. So much noise we couldn’t sleep. I called the front desk. I let them know two times at one in the morning, and then again at three in the morning that the room above us was loud they were jumping. They did nothing about it. The bedding is stiff hard I woke up with my whole body sore. I will never stay at this place again.

The toilet in our room ran episodically all night — horrible! If that wasn’t bad enough, there was obviously a laundry room under our room because whenever the spin cycle ran on a machine, the beds shook for 10 minutes. This happened after we were in bed and didn’t want to deal with contacting the front desk (as we didn’t want to switch rooms at that late hour). Also, we had a very early flight the next morning (the reason we booked the hotel near the airport), so the lack of sleep ruined the beginning of our vacation. Sure would be nice to have a refund for our wasted night!

We have stayed at this property several times over the years as it is convenient for us as we visit relatives. This will be our last time staying at this hotel. It was dirty and they didn’t resolve this. There were smears on the walls and door, hair on the bed the toilet was dirty and the bedding was dirty. Also, the toilet ran constantly. We alerted the staff of these things and despite housekeeping making our beds and cleaning the toilet, the other items were ignored. Also, the staff were dismissive. There are lots of other lodging options for our next visit.

The location was great. The front desk person was just straight forward, no enthusiasm. Unfortunately when we were assigned to our first room it’s had a particular smell, like food. Hamburgers to be exact, I went back to check in and requested a room change. Which I can say I’ve never done before. They were happy to do so but same thing occur on the same floor. Very unsettling. I used fragrance spray to mask the smell. Not sure what it could be. It was just one night so we dealt with it.

Everything was good besides getting locked out of our room at 10am when checkout is at 11am. Every guest also got locked at 10. The cleaning guy was really pleasant. He let us back into our room & even apologized. The receptionist on the other hand never apologized. She blamed it on the time change when the time changed a week ago.

Saving pennies on creamers??
Stay was good, breakfast was good but, the flavored cream for coffee was not available during breakfast but available all day long!! Are they trying to save a few pennies? They keep all the set up of all day coffee just take away the tray with flavored creamers!! I've never seen that at any other Marriott brand!
