Second time staying here. The first employee was nice, good comfortable customer service. For that I reason I booked again the next time for here. However this employee was not very friendly, he did accommodate the fact that the first room which was smoking, smelled aweful like thick cigarette smoke and wet smelling carpet. He gave us a non smoking room which was nice, but internet did not work all night so we could not watch tv. Was not a typically good stay.

They charge your card 50 dollars like a resort fee and then in 7-10 days it will go back on your card. I stayed with this place the beginning of February and I still don’t have that money back on my card. I don’t understand why they just can’t put a hold on the card.

The front desk staffare a problem! This is my third visit in the past 3 months. The staff needs to be trained before put in place. While talking on the phone, staff wasn't paying attention to what they were doing. Charge me twice. Now I have to wait at least 2 weeks for refund. The room and grounds were great.

I was annoyed at the fact that I had to go all the way to the front desk to borrow the only Iron they had and no ironing board. One would expect iron and board in each room. the room had an old smell but was pretty clean. The shower head was terrible and calcified causing the water pressure to be very slow.

We cancelled our stay as the room had a very strong smell of smoke. The manager offered us an other room which had a plugged sink. We refused the replacement room. The manager finally agreed to cancel the reservation. Now fighting with Expedia for a refund as we were within 24 hours of our booking

During our stay we experienced multiple problems. 1. The card reader did not work at the front desk and all my cards were denied. We had to reprocess mulitple times and finally went to another register and our card processed the payment. This we extremely embarrassing as several other people were waiting to check in. It was also uncomfortable having to reprocess so many times. 2. We paid extra for a nonsmoking room. When we arrived the room smelled strongly of smoke. 3. There was a rust problem in our room. The refrigerator, sink, and bathtub all had significant rust. 4. Our television did not work. I called the office to get help and was told to try another HDMI option. It still did not work and were not offered any other help. 5. There was a bug problem. During the morning I saw 3 large bugs run across he floor. I brought all of this to the attention of the front desk at checkout. They apologized but refused to make any compensation for the issues.

The room was very basic with no extra amenities, not even a single hanger to hang clothes. The two men who worked at the front desk had such a thick accent that I could not understand a thing they were saying. I was confused why they needed a $50 deposit when the room was already paid for. I've been to other hotels for the same price and they included a breakfast bar. I probably would not book again
